Recuenco General Hospital

The hospital seems to prioritize senior patients over younger patient which is understandable, However, making us wait for five hours just for a consultation, without any tests or x-rays being done yet is too much. It's frustrating to the point I don't want to go back in here. The hospital could make things better by having a better system to help people wait less. When I asked how long I'd be waiting, I saw my name almost at the bottom of the list, so another 2 hours of waiting? Equals to 7 hours. Such a waste.

If you don't want to wait that long, you might want to go somewhere else for your medical needs. Especially younger people like me.

Alam mo yung mga doctor nila mga walang awa. Mas priority nila maubos lang ang pasyente kaya minanadali nila magcheck up.ako ilang beses na pumunta jan para ako ni uuti tapos urinalysis wala infection tas ayun wala na ivang gagawin sayo. Wala ba ibang way para makita nararamdaman ko? Sayang bayad namen kung pipila ka lang, makikinig, hintay result tas wala na alis ka na.pero sa isip mo may nararamdaman ka pero wala sila ibang ginagawa. Hayps yan sayang pera nyo jan!

I was trying to call their hotlines unfortunately pinapatayan ako ng tawag. Hindi naman lunch break or what. 2 hotlines number na tinawagan ko, ganun pa din.

The service is too slow, If you need to seek specialist go somewhere else because it'll take you almost a day to get consultation. Imagine waiting for 6hours just to get check? Not to mention the doctor is quite rude and staffs are not ashamed of gossiping and badmouthing other staffs infront of patients. So unproffesional, will never go back in this hospital.

Napaka tagal ng service nila aabutin ka ng 3 oras pila pa lng sa HMO for approval at another hour sa laboratory ang babagal mag sikilos nag chichismisan pa na kala mo wala mga pasyente sa harapan nila. Ung laboratory aabutin pa ng 4 na araw bago ma release. I was rushed here due to flu and chills pero wala parang wala mga sense of urgency. Never again!

Pangit ng service, facilities at di makatarungang presyo ng admission at gamot. Overall ang mahal at pangit. Everyday billing para maliit nalang ang mabawas sa philhealth once madischarge? Nice strategy sa mga mukhang pera. Ang mahal pangit naman ang hospital, wala pang parking.hahahaha

Napakatagal ng pagpapaapprove ng HMO, sa med city wala pang 3 mins ok na, dito parang nagchichikahan pa para ma approve HMO mo

Grabe experience namin dto. Ang laki na ng nagastos 5hrs lang kami dyan napa lab na lahat at ultrasound/xray na dextrose na. Tapos tumanggi kami sa admission kasi nga hindi namin kaya. Tpos 12k naging total bill. Kpg di ka naadmit hindi sila mag bibigay ng reseta ng gamot. Biruin nyo 12k na nailabas namin tapos hindi sila mg bibigay ng reseta man lang. Aalis lng kyo dyan ng may sama ng loob sa ospital na yan!

This place just wants money. Unprofessional nurses, confusing laboratory requests, no progress for a week. Umabot ng 50k na walang nangyari. Hindi pa accredited ang cards kaya halatang gagatasan ka lang ng pera. NEVER AGAIN.

The first time I went there for checkup, I waited more than an hour.
I came back today for another checkup and I waited almost an hour and still no doctor.
What's wrong with these people.if you know you're going to make rounds, or need to be in operating room, don't accept outpatient for checkups. Your time is important so is ours!

This establishment provided way better service when they were still a small clinic. Waiting time for the doctors has been insufferable, as if you're not a paying customer and you're time does not matter.

Unfortunately this review will most likely not improve the hospital service since they do not seem to care or respect patients time.

This review is for the people who are planning to have a consultation with lab test and etc.at this hospital.

My father was requested to go back by 12 pm for Ultrasound and haven't eaten since yesterday and he's on the line together with 5 other people who are waiting for the same doctor.

My father and the other patients have been waiting for 12pm to 2: 00pm for the doctor to come around. A 2 hour wait is not acceptable!

It's understandable if the doctor is running late, but the tardiness is too much. We feel like our time is not valued or respected at this hospital due to the long wait time and the doctor being late. Why did the nurses instruct us to come in by 12pm even though they know the doctor is going to be late.

Additionally, the restrooms are filthy and have no tissues, sanitizers and handsoaps available.

We will rethink next time about returning to this hospital for services.

NAPAKA BAGAL DITO. LAKAD LANG NG LAKAD ANG MGA STAFF. AABOT PA NG 2-4 HOURS BAGO KA MATAPOS SA ISANG STEP/TEST. TAPOS YUNG MGA MAHUHULI YUN PA ANG UNANG MATATAPOS. HAY NKO. NAKAKAASAR.

Jusko, walang checkup check up. Admit kagad ang gusto, ni physical check or laboratory wala tapos gusto i-admit? Ni hindi nga considered na emergency.

Matagal magprocess pag hmo. Ang masakit pa makikita mo nakikipagchickahan lang yung mag-aasikaso sayo

1.5 hours and still at queue for hmo approval. Napakabagal. After this is another long wait sa doctor.

The only thing that is good about this hospital are the nurses which is approachable, facilities aren't good for the price. Masyadong gahaman sa pera, not organized. No system for faster transactions, almost everything is manual. NOT RECOMMENDED for patients out there who wants a fair medical assistance at a reasonable price. If there will be lower than 1 star, I'll rate it.

Money extorting hospital, they doubled/3pled items like iv fluid which was used only once etc, dont go here

Waited for the 3hours for nothing.was just trying to get a medcert and after 3hours of waiting first thing that the doctor will discuss is a way to extort money off of his patient by means of antigens and pcr.clearly explained that it is not necessary as i am working from home but just insisted that it is their protocol.did not get proper check up ended up paying for doctors fee which is truly a waste of my time and money.
