1. The bed is too high.
2. No chair.
3. No table.
4. No food and drinks Manu.
5. No room telephone.
6. The room was poorly design.
7. More softness of the bed causes unbalance when sleeping.

Roaches, roaches, roaches (no toilet seat), bathroom faucet broken off, sink drain plugged up, knobs for a/c broken off, very very dirty linens. No blankets provide. We forfitted our prepaid 2nd night cost and went down the street to another hotel. Avoid this place at all costs.

We arrived only to find out that they can't accommodate us because they don't allow prepaid bookings. Which defeats the purpose of paying it in advanced to prevent some hassle upon checking in. They advised us to just cancel our previously prepaid booking and place another booking on the hotel. Since my partner and I were too exhausted we opted for their suggestion.

When we got to our room, sheets looked pretty old, and there was a lingering unpleasant smell of cigarette and cooking inside the room. I tried calling the property manager and just told us that "kakalinis lang ng room and no smoking po tayo dyan"/ ("the room was just cleaned, and the room is no smoking") and I insisted that the rooms smells "Sa balcony lang naman naninigarilyo si sir" and my request for an air freshener was completely ignored. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Plus the wifi, I think is broken, I could connect but no internet. In addition there were flies inside the room. There were holes on the walls that were covered by packaging tapes.

For the record, the staff was nice. Toiletries were provided, hot and cold showers also. It's just that their system and services needs alot of improvement. I really hope they do improve.

It is a 2 star hotel but the standards are really bad. The door didn't close so couldn't keep our belongings. Everything felt bad. Ended up not staying and going to another hotel.

Had initial reservations about the place. But my stay turned out to be comfortable and pleasant. Front desk was responsive and accommodatiing. Generally my room was kept clean all the time. Very good location. Walking distance to my daily destination. Spared me from horrendous traffic. Thanks to Red Doorz staff.

If you are looking for a place to rest in a fun part of Poblacion, this is for you. Security is strict so joiners are allowed with proper ID. Some pros: good location and secure stay. Some units have a decent view. What's not great is some units don't have hot shower. Aging building with some rooms not fully updated. I would stay again.

Fantastic place for the Price u pay. I think most of the Reviews on here are from Negative people in General. I will use it again and i Recommend it to others that are Not as PICKY. OR DID I JUST GET A PERFECT ROOM?

If i could give this negative stars i would. Just like what the others said, the property is not the same as in the photos on their website. The towels are DAMP. The bathroom sink was leaking under it. Pillowcases are thin and looks worn. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights but I called the call center and asked for a cancellation.

The place and location was good with kitchen, utensils, but a lot goes to the restroom. The tiles were moldy and cockroach-infested.

I stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days. The room was ok, the WiFi is fast and the staffs are very kind. The only thing I didn't like was the bath towel. The smell is NO GOOD. Just try to use fabcon on your towels please.

Worst property I've stayed at there's no words. Everything is at its worst. No wifi, bad smell, not clean that you can't just find the comfort to even sleep. Especially during weekends as the bar has loud music. The bedsheets and towels are just dirty like someone used them and weren't cleaned. The room was nice in the photos but looked very old in actual. They need a renovation. I would not stay here again and won't recommend booking this to anyone.

Very disappointing. The room is not what it details in the website. Don't fall for its cheap price. Everything is peeled off, very unpleasant.

No wifi, this is our second room, like the location, but yes, I need to agree on the rooms, they need an upgrade. The 9th floor sucks, fire alarm gets going off, scaring my partner is afraid of the building, co tenants are rude especially at night here.
I have busniess in the USA, need WIFI, had to go out and buy a portable WIFI, i asking for my pesos back on Tuesday, poor ass quality room.

The picture shown during booking is not the same in person. Also, the mattress of the bed is not comfortable because you can feel the spring of it. You get what you paid for but very disappointing.
