Registry of Deeds - Kalookan City

Very cramped and process/flow was not organized/efficient. Last Monday & Tuesday (not sure if it's just a typical Monday/Tuesday here, or because they were closed the week before) it was packed like sardines from the top of third flight of stairs where the office is down to the building entrance. Names of people ready to be processed were being shouted from the top (no mic or speaker), and could not be heard by the people down the stairs. That's why a lot of people endured staying or squeezing into space nearer the office. Funny there was an 'observe social distancing' sign at the staircase above the throng of people waiting for their name to be called. I dread I was picking up COVID here because there was no ventilation at all and space was very cramped for the number of people in it. They should either move to a bigger office with better ventilation, or they should just ask people to get appointments online. Kawawa yung guard nadoble ang duty mag guard at mag receive ng documents at magpacify ng mga nawawalan ng pasensya. Kawawa yung mga senior, walang senior lane.

Btw, bring a pen and a long folder with your documents and already have your ID photocopied. I had to walk far looking for where to buy a long folder.

Ito ang isa sa mga kasiraan ni Mayor Oca at ng mga past mayors ng caloocan.baka may nakakaalam kung may kuryente na sila ngayon? Kasi ang hirap magpabalik balik dyan, senior pa naman kasama ko.wala namang kwenta binigay nilang contact number

Walang kwentang office, nagpunta kami ng maaga, sarado, 8am walang office, nagpunta kami after lunch from 8am-12noon lang daw office! LETSE! TAMAD INUTIL!

The worst government agency I have ever visited. Small, cramped, with no proper ventilation! Worse, their contact number does not work. No matter how many times I call, no one answers. Their operating hours are only until 12 noon because they have a limited supply of electricity. HMM. I suggest, move to a more spacious and properly lighted and ventilated office, PLEASE!

Staff were aloof and not welcoming.

Dumating ako ng 7 AM ng June 2,2021. Magalang ang gwardya at tinulungan ako kung paano ang gagawin. Nagsimula ang official transaction ng 8 AM at natapos agad ako within 20 minutes. Walang fixer, walang red tape. Good job RD Caloocan.

Walang nasagot sa tawag 20x ako tumatawag ng ibat ibang oras. Magtatanong lang sana ng requirements needed pero ang hirap pumunta ng hindi sure ang dadalhin tapos pababalikin pag kulang.

Nagpunta kami nung January 8 (Friday). Unfortunately, sarado daw tuwing Friday para sa pag disinfect ng unit nila. Sana mag update kayo ng schedule nyo sa internet. Nasayang lang lakad namin.

Masikip, mainit sa waiting area nila sa hagdan Dikit dikit ang mga tao.
Ilipat niyo na yung Kalookan RD kayo lang naka aircon sa loob.
