Quick replacement of head lights. The mechanic also went beyond just replacing the bulb by checking the fusebox (where he found an unrelated item which he fixed free of charge) and ensuring that the bulb didn't short due to the fuse.

They always open very late. 9am opening but still no employees here. They’re never on time.

I had my vehicle tinted here as they had the kind of tint that I wanted (3M Color Stable). I liked that their tint installation is by appointment so I could properly schedule my activities for the day. Their tint installer was late by an hour but it's ok as the shop's staff were friendly and their waiting area was air-conditioned. The job was completed within the promised time of 3 hours.

Very poor customer service. It took a long time before I got a pm service. They won't even bother to contact you for the schedule and updates. We travelled 2 hours from home and got there 2 hrs earlier on our scheduled date only to be advised that they didn't have a well-equipped mechanic available.

Opens late (9 am) which makes the customer walk away and go somewhere else that is not so unreliable. Frustrated customer here
