13Dont even have waiting area for private cars, so the cars have to turn around again in case they are waiting for you.elevators are very slow too since there are a lot of employees or personnel.
Basically an office building with a couple of dining choices at the ground floor. But it's near Tiendesita's if you want to explore more dining and shopping options.
Got exposed to a confirmed Covid case in this building. Di gimagana yun sanitizer dispensers sa elevator.
The bldg is nice, clean, and well guarded. The only problem is some of their facilities specially the CRs are not usable all the time. Though I believe they are working on it already.
Near enough major choke points of Metro Manila traffic so I can quickly drop off the public transportation and walk to the office instead
Robbery prone area if you're commuting! Guards dont care when youre being mugged in front of them

Looks nice and sturdy building strategic mid access point if you coming from Pasig, BGC and Quezon City, Marikina, Cainta, lobby building is pretty cold, user friendly pwd access point, wide road, walkway not slippery when wet/rain, good ventilation inside parking, there is an access to 7thF deck to check the beautiful view from the outside, relax, take a fresh air or jump off if your stress from work.
Newly erected building, very clean design, and very the vicinity is PWD friendly, elevators have braille embeddings on them for the blind. There are not many near fastfood and other establishments though because the Bridgetowne project is not yet finished. Wished they had sanitizers that are accessible within the building though, because we have those installed in our previous site.
Newly constructed building. You can smell the paint and the dust all over. And also beware of the mosquitoes! They are all around you! Better not forget to put some insect repellent lotion if you decide to go there.
The place is more of offices, not exactly a place for just hanging out.but there is a Costa coffee shop and a newly opened Pokestop restaurant.
