Staff was very unaccomodating! Tried buying an item for shoe cleaning the staff did'nt bother to help and was just talking with one another. They were not doing there job!

As level 1 started, few shoppers we're seen inside the store. I assume that there will be more shoppers come this weekend. A good news to all businesses.

My shopping experience has never been fun until I tried Rustan's ATC. I'm from Cavite but I will never hesitate to go back here.

Nice store to look for high-end genuine branded products. A preferred establishment when looking to buy gifts for special occassions.

Didnt expect that they are less techy on their payment scheme. The saleslady still had my receipt handwritten But above that, Rustan's is Rustan's when you talk of quality in their products.

I enjoy shopping in Rustan basically in Makati. I began going there when they opened the Makati store in the late 60s. I like shopping there or in Ayala Alabang store because the staff treat you with dignity. Besides they carry good products such as the Estee Lauder line - my favorite.

There are a lot of caviates into navigating the premises, let alone getting inside is wuite the hassle. Can't blame it all on them though, the pandemic really changed a lot of public space operations.

Lots of perfume choices for men and women.
Bought quality kitchen wares.
Not so crowded when we went here.

The store to go to when gift-giving. Can't go wrong with the selection of fine, high quality goods.

Before the pandemic started, my kids love to go to there toy section due to good selection of available toys. Wide selection of items from housewares, clothing, toys, personal care, and accessories. Staff is always ready to help. For me, they implemented a good safety protocol for contract tracing and health check, disinfecting your purchase, and options for cashless transactions.

Great customer service! Everyone is a sweetheart. Including the guards and staffs. The day I thought would be one considered worst turns out to be well because of you guys.

I think the only real reason to go here is for christmas shopping, since their gift wrapping is really good. Otherwise what they sell could easily be found elsewhere at a lower price.

Went to this place to select a wide range of pacsafe bags. Although the branch is relatively small, but they generally have a little of everything.

Great range of products ranging from footware and fashion, to technology and homeware. The prices aren't actually too bad due to the sheer amount of sales they have.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This location mainly puts an emphasis on it's home selection, makeups, children's toys and perfume. The menswear and footwear selection isn't great but they still stock quite good brands.

Prices are really expensive compared to other malls. Maintained cleanliness. Enough parking space for customers.

Suits available are traditional although branded. No edgy cuts/design. But we bought a full suit anyway. Plus shoes.

If you need some fabrics, there's a small store with nice selection of various kinds of fabric. No sewing notions though.
