Rustan's Supermarket / The Marketplace reviews
41 Very little space for their merchandise resulting to limited variety of goods and narrow ailse. Guards were courteous to guide customers as to where there few in a queue to pay for their puchased goods.
No parking available
5 yrs ago: This branch is quite small and choices are limited.
Sept 2022: When Robinsons Supermarket acquired The Marketplace, this branch was one of the last to be renovated this year. It became very spacious and there are lots of brands to choose from.at long last! They also sell Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and No Brand by Robinsons. Kudos to the management and staff! Cashiers and other employees are very courteous and helpful
Still the widest selection of hard-to-find foreign foodstuffs and esoteric ingredients at relatively affordable prices.
Location is also a plus being at the entrance of GB1 and close to the mall driveway
Nice little convenient grocery store for locals and tourists. Yes, it's expensive, but it's located in Makati, in an expensive shopping mall. Ignore all the losers leaving bad reviews because they are too cheap or don't make enough money to shop here.
We bought everything we needed while staying at a nearby hotel; fruit, milk, beer, chips, etc. They also carry a lot of hard to find luxury food-items from the USA. We've been back several times now, when in the area.
Way overpriced! Mixed nuts 404p, pint ice cream 429p, a small pie 729p? ! Is is made of gold? ! That's insane, even for Makati. Note, most posts above three stars resembles an employee. Just saying.
You can buy all type of veggies and breads. I'm vegetarian. I'm obsessed to go there
The range isn't very good compared to other Marketplace branches. The aircon has also been broken for months, so it was sweltering inside. If you're visiting Makati and need a quick shop, I'd suggest you go to Glorietta instead. It'll be a better experience.
This is a compact but fairly well-stocked supermarket in the Greenbelt area. There are two checkout spots - one fronting the side going into Greenbelt 1 and the other one exiting the supermarket.
It was very hot inside the supermarket and only 2 cashiers were open. I couldnt wait to get out of there
Stay away if you have your money dear. Too expensive, too much staff doing nothing and the security level is absolutely insane. Feels like being in a prison yard.
Good selection of products. I was able to buy the things that I needed. Couldn't feel the AC, though.
A nice place to pick up any missed grocery items without going back to one big supermarket.
The guys and gals that help us we appreciate very much. They will help you home with your groceries. I have trouble walking so much help. You don't get service like this in the USA.
It's a small supermarket but has everything one needs. It has a good collection of local and imported food stuff.
Premium class and quality grocery. Spacious parking, courteous staff, newly renovated. There's plenty of items to choose from.
I bought two 7-l.water bottles needed at home. The next night, I got 2 more at Rustan's in Makati City to complete the collection.
Conveniently located, the store is not that big but it's well organised and offering a choice of local and some imported products. Prices are higher than standard, probably due to its location. In particular for the fresh products (fruit, veggies and meat)
They need to review their prices, items are priced so high, esp during this pandemic. They need to give considerations to their customers. It was just convenient to shop at that time, but no more next time. People need to spend wisely at this time.
Need to renovate this small space upgrade the interiors in rustans signature flair.give attention to the gourmet and coldcuts which distinguishes rustans' from other stores.
Small grocery with limited choice however the ice cream brand Arce Dairy has lots of flavors specially the Dark Chocolate Lite which I super like, and is not available in other grocery stores.
