Rustan's Supermarket / The Marketplace reviews
38Staff are helpful. Carries a good choices of most household things and food stuff. I think it's mostly complete/have all you would need despite being small. Good location, too.
Very convenient and lot of choice for the size of the supermarket. Although it’s very hard to get someone to come to the deli station and I wish the deli station had more fresh food like in Rockwell or Greenbelt with salads, pasta, sushi…
I love shopping here. It has everything I need, and is super close to where I stay in makati
We sell a variety of household goods and groceries. It's pleasant. We sell products at good prices. If there are lodgings nearby, you can also serve snacks and drinks here. Go to your accommodation after purchasing things during the day before it gets dark.
Pricy as if it was an airport, line at counter was very long, while so many staff just standing and looking. Meat section is discusting and smell is so bad.old meats.what a joke.
Court a good supermarket located in the lower level of mall in Makati
And what a terrible belligerent staff they have their the girl operating register 4 24.10.22 just grabbed food of customers and threw it across the counter rude and snapped money and credit cards from customers she should be terminated what an absolute disgrace how do people like this managed to hold the job obviously management at this store don't do anything to monitor their staff
Little pricy but if you're looking for imported grocery items, you'll probably find them here. Also, they' can issue manual OR not like most SM hypermarkets.
Market with fair selection, with high end prices. I was told locals don't shop here, it's mostly foreigners.
I lost supermarket located in the basement of the shopping mall.
There is a wide variety and selection of various groceries refrigerated frozen and other groceries including personal hygiene items and there is also an alcoholic beverage section down the back.
Quite a good supermarket and it provides a range of local and imported goods
This is a fairly large supermarket that has all the usual groceries that you might need and then some. The aisles are clean and the shelves are neatly arranged.
Literally no one was at the deli station. Waited more than 10 minutes—asked a person from the bakery instead. Same with the fruit-cutting station, we were there around 4: 30PM, and was informed that the only person who knew how to slice would come back by 5PM. They didn't have the usual packaged fruit—just the fruit salad cup type ones. Also, they didn't have a bagger at check-out.
Service: great
Organization: great
People: superb
Closes at 6pm-they will turn most of the lights off at exactly 6PM! Wear your night goggles folks!
Not everything I need is here but then again, it is smaller than the Rustans Makati branch. Cashiers are very slow compared to the other branch. Produce stocks have improved.
Quality of fresh food is mostly good. Can be hit and miss. The deli goods are top quality. As for the rest of the groceries, it's not consistent so when you find a brand that you always use, best to buy a lot of it because next week, it could be all gone and no one knows when it will be back.
Staff are always nice and friendly
Staff are very helpful however when it comes to the checkout counters for the Priority lane for PWD/ senior citizens, it’s not manned. PWDs and seniors are let to their own to the long queue. Plus, there are not enough grocery carts for shoppers
Okay, expensive enough and all there shops should have the same qr code site to enter quarentine info. Otherwise nice place and clean.
Ishop at Rustans Century because it is near our place. However some staff are sometimes rude. I was standing for about 2 mins waiting for someone to serve me. I asked this guy and said he was serving somebody but was he was doing was cutting garlic in the meat section. I waited and asked him again and said he was doing something. How rude this person to a customer. Managent should look into their staff and monitor how they treat cuatomers.
Very organized entry point. Guards ensure that limited people are inside the grocery. Chairs are also provided for those queueing to enter.
The Marketplace is a convenient supermarket at Century City. The staff are courteous and helpful. Fellow shoppers are disciplined and follow the rules of social distancing. There is elevator access for wheelchair bound shoppers. Parking is available.
