Lowest quality SAMBOKOJIN compare to other branches. Pre and during pandemic mall branches are better. This branch have very poor quality and few food choices.

Unhygienic service, same tong was used to open the grill and food serving.

Maraming pagkain na pag pipiLian, masasarap naman Lahat. May Roast beef, Lechon, Tempura, Chicken at iba ibang kLase ng uLam, May Fried Rice, may mga Dessert (cake, haLo haLo, ice cream at kakanin), fruits, vege saLad, may samgyup din etc. Pinaka na gustuhan ko yung sushi niLa. WaLa Lang akong nakitang BAKED OYSTER, baka naman hehehe. Kung kakain kayo dito, mas ok kung mag pa reserve na agad kayo onLine iwas hassLe (msg Lang kayo sa fb page niLa). Yun Lang!

Wide variety of food to choose from. From filipino like kare kare, laing, lechon kawali, dinuguan to Japanese tempura, sushi and many more. Limited parking area, so be sure to be early so can still find a good spot. The price is affordable considering the available food. Make sure you are hungry because the food tastes good so you need a bigger space in your stomach. Service is ok.

Limited choices of food and slow to replenish dining wares. But service staff are very helpful and friendly.

The food choices are not worth it for 1k+ PHP. Sambokojin SM fairview is way better than this branch and has a lot of food to choose from. Sadly to say, I was disappointed when we visited this branch. Aside from limited food choices, they also forgot the cake for our 2 birthday celebrants. Given the fact that we already informed them upon placing a reservation. Lastly, they don't have a birthday banner with performance for the birthday celebrants.

The food is obviously delicious, but what I like with this branch is that they refill the buffet tables fast.

The food selection was great and delicious. Christmas season is approaching so expect many groups to have their Christmas party there like we've encountered. Just make sure to have a reservation so you don't have to wait.

Reasonable price. Different food options available. Some people getting food forgets to wear mask already.

Big differences this year opening since 2020 closure: no valet parking, 2nd flr Dad's still closed, no unli fruit shakes, rates high P1098 on regular days (don't know how much if weekends), bday promo changed to free bday celebrant with 2 paying customers, no card stamping if bday promo, no pwd or senior discount if bday promo, salmon & tuna sashimi bleached and not fresh, no yakitori.

Still 5 stars due to long buffet tables, lots of well marinated Yakiniku selections for self cooking, kind and attentive staff. Ebi tempura is still slow, maybe because some customers take every piece for their table.

Sad on what happened to this establishment.

Reservation took a long time for someone to pick up. If the branch has new phone line number and mobile number please change them now. I've been calling West Ave Branch for 30 minutes after 5pm since it opened for dinner but all I was getting was busy lines and incorrect number even though it was they're website's number.

2nd floor was closed out so 1st floor is packed everyday. Whatever happened to Dad's / Saisaki?

Food was not good as I was expecting. 5 Years ago, I would definitely recommend this to friends and coworker, but now? I would probably go to other family buffet place instead.

I was actually expecting a bit more of a variety like the other branches I've been.

Dads/Sambo Kokin/Saisaki collab is still the best buffet restaurant for me. Though food choices are lesser than before (pandemic), their bestsellers are still there.the tempura, salmon sashimi, kare kare, lechon, roast beef, etc. They're fast to refill their food. Loved it. Glad to be back.

2 naman sana rate ko, kaso i-1 ko na lang. Bakit?
- Konti na lang choices sa pagkain.
- May na-stuck na langaw sa icing ng cake ko, buti di ko nakain.
- Di binigyan ng complimentary birthday cake ang boyfriend ko at di rin kinantahan table namin. (FAIR lang dapat. Same naman kami ng bayad di ba.)

When we came for dinner, the food that they served is really cold. There were a lot of options but not really that much. The memorable meal for me is probably the lechon kawali. The price is too high.

Worth going for the birthday promo. Food is really good. Regular price, it's expensive, but you can't beat the quality vs price here.

EDIT July 2022: I had to edit my review because Sambo Kojin West Avenue is now just a shell of what they used to be. It is disgusting, there is ZERO customer service, signifcant reduction in choices. NOT WORTH IT DO NOT GO TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

The foods are not the same as before more on Filipino foods. Foods are ok but they clean our table eventhough were not yet finish.very unethical

We had a great time.
I suggest to book your reservation first before you go so you wont be lining up for long.

Building is very old.very few choices of food.cooked food not to our liking.with too many options for eat all you can nowa days, and with their very pricey amount, you might think it over before going here

Used to be the go to Buffet place pre-pandemic but it is now expensive for the quantity and quality of food.

The food during our visit are quite few. May be because it is lunch time. The ambiance is a bit dark and warm due to lightingd ang also with the grill being turned on without exhaust to suck up the heat. For birthday promo you need to have atleast 2 full paying guest before you can take advantage of the promo. Reservation during weekdays are fast and simple. Not sure though during weekends. Drink selections are limited as well.
