They open at 11, we sat at 11. Hot food was cold, off the buffet. Wprse part is I saw a cockroack crawling on the sushi ON THE BUFFET. I took the plate and handed it to the sushi chef, told him that a cockroach crawled all over it. He put the diah aside but later returned it on the buffet.

Reminders to senior citizen customers:
This restaurant charges u their weekend buffet rate even on weekdays, therefore u actually get less than 10% discount. For example, regular weekday buffet price is P738 but senior citizens have to pay P670 instead of P520 because the restaurant will base it on the weekend rate of P938 (not P738).
There is no reminder posted anywhere in their website or in the restaurant regarding this kind of policy, they would only explain after u pay and check, so what do u think?

Most of the food is cold, as there is no type of small burner to keep warm. They have table stoves, but who wants to pay P1000 each for having to warm your food again on Valentines Day at a buffet? Musscles were 1/4 open, meaning that they were not cooked well or they were bad. Sushi was fairly good, roast beef just ok, and the lechon was OK. Soup was extremely salty. Chicken was overcooked, and the best part was the ice cream and deserts. Tried to make reservations, but they never answered. Considering the price, there are other buffets in Southmall that are cheaper.

This Japanese buffet place never fails! Always a go to to every Japanese food lovers here in metro! My tita pat hosted myself, my mom and my dad as they reminisce with good old stories when they are young while having a good meal in this restaurant. Only concern it’s getting too expensive now! But still highly recommended for any buffet restaurant available in the Philippines

Food is great, a lot of selections. It is nice that they have collaborated with Dad's.

The variety of food is fabulous. Starting w the Japanese Shrimp & veggie Tempuras and rice, our own Lechon Kawali, Sarseadong Sea foods & Guinataang Kuhol and sinangag topped by an array of desserts, ice cream & juices. Just great!

Its not like before, i dont know parang the food options are declining and to think they have the collab now with dads saisaki and kamayan but it doesnt feel like there was something extra for that added premium for collab.

Compared to preCovid days, Sambi Kojin which used to be a nice dining place where you can eat to your heart's delight deteriorated in terms of food quality and service. Many diners noticed that the menu list shrunk and the usual friendly aura from the service personnel was gone.

Various choices of food ranging from asian to western style and combination of home cooked pinoy ulams. Grills in every tables for those who likes to grill their foods. Pre pandemic sambo was much better compare to their style of buffet that they have today. Better book early to avail a discount.

Still love the place however, food choices became less than before. Worth it if its just a buffet without the collab. I have seen the collab buffet and only few choices difference.sushi bar has less choices this time. Still alright.

Me and my family love this place. Not only the food are great but the stuff are very helpful and awesome. That's why we always go here whenever one of us is celebrating our birthday or just feel like it.

Not good as it is before. Before maraming selections sa meat, pork and seafoods ngayon ay iilan na lang.and some viands needs improvement.

Good variety of buffet items, including desserts. Juice drinks are notable.

I would have wanted Halo-halo though, which wasn't available when I visited.

Not a great experience. We ate at lunch time and there are not so much people. Food are not the same as what is in their website. Most of the food in their site are not available and it take them long to refill.

Well, salamat sa memories Sambo Kojin, baka last na punta na namin to.

My family enjoyed the food, the selection of food for some reason was quite few, but that's fine, the ones available was enough and we were satisfied.

I go here before always, but the new management hired a disrespectful crew. The person who makes sushi is very disrespectful in customers and dont have the correct value in service.

Thier service is deteriorating, I use to love this place before but now it is not worth it. Go to their other branch or go to other buffet but please stay away on this branch.

We had a chance to visit and dine here last Sunday, June 27,2021. What was supposed to be a happy buffet was turned to a disaster. Not only are there limited food items, most of them were of poor quality. The raw meat section was surprisingly barren. A lot of food choices were also removed. Drinks for example are limited and there is even a long line just to get it. I could go on and on but sadly, what was once an enjoyable experience is now a disaster. Now, I know there is a pandemic after all, but with a price increase to 900 per person, I think the food service and quality is unjustifiable. Better eat somewhere ala carte.

Didn't enjoy this place at all. I got my money's worth with the dessert and the 2 stars are for the desserts. The food itself - anything that was premade was super dry and cold. Nothing tasted freshly made. Don't even try anything that was tempura, had no taste and was extremely chewy. The staff aren't attentive and because our grill kept going out, it was hard to cook our food. It was hard to keep getting the attention of staff to keep relighting our grill. Maybe we came at a bad time (6pm) because a lot of the buffet presentation was empty or near empty. Will never come here again.
