Pls do better. The worst wait ever. Unacceptable to walk-ins. The staff wont treat you well. Due to employee rudeness, you may feel like pleading merely to enter this restaurant. Arrived at 3: 38pm; according to the staff member at the front desk, walk-ins wont be asked to wait in line; instead, they’ll call to register by 4: 45pm. In order to determine who arrived first, those who are waiting started the line on their own. 4: 45pm. Despite the apparent line on the side of walk-in, a staff member came & announced on microphone to fall in line. As a result, some people stablished another line, which is when the disputes began. Despite the numerous complaints from visitors, the staff did not attempt to manage the disorder. Large number of guest just left & decided not to eat there.

Customer service is poor.

Check the picture attached for their water pitcher.

Also, book your schedule or else you will pay extra if you walk-in.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The receptionist told us to wait in line, which we did for 1.5hours. Only to find out she was listing other walk-ins and prioritizing them over those who were waiting in line. What’s the purpose of directing us to wait in line if other walk-ins would be prioritized instead? HORRIBLE, VILE SERVICE and we didn’t even get seated yet. Don’t go here.

SUPER HORROR STORY.

Frankly, they don't deserve any star. Very bad experience with their front desk. We initially asked the queueing process since it's a Saturday. As of this 6: 26PM, the front desk is telling us the first come, first served process. We were asked to fall in line and wait for our turn. After an hour, I checked with the front desk and all of a sudden, there's a list of people who placed reservations.

The front desk did not check with the people in line. Out of nowhere, as a person who followed the initial instructions of the front office/desk, I am placed 18th in line after patiently waiting for me turn. Their front desk claimed that there are reservations as early as 5pm and when I told her that this was not disclosed at the time I initially asked for instructions before queueing in line. There were no reservations then and frankly, there is a disconnect with what the front office is saying.

We got seated at 7: 49PM and were told that they serve until 9pm.

DO NOT GO HERE WITHOUT INITIAL RESERVATIONS. BEST TO GO CELEBRATE SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD, NO GOOD QUALITY OF FOOD CAN COMPENSATE FOR THE HASSLE FROM THEIR FRONT OFFICE. THIS IS NOT WORTH IT.

Pass! They directed us to wait for more than hour. So we waited patiently in line. We heard the other people in line talking and thinking of bailing because all of a sudden, there was a list.so they were leaving. So were like… what list? The front desk was apparently accepting walk-in ‘pa-lista’ and was prioritizing the ‘pa-lista’. So offhand, she wasted the time of those in line because suddenly, we were at the bottom of the list. Note that these were not advanced reservations in the ‘pa-lista’. They’re also walk-ins. Bad bad service.

Kung pwede lang walang star dto! Really a Bad experience yesterday when we ate there. Supposed to be dapat masayang celebration of my boyfriend's birthday kaso naspoil ng sobra dahil sa "Cockroach" na nsa Kimchi nila. Mabuti na lang nakita ko agad at Di nakaen ng sinuman sa aming tatlo kaso ang nakakalungkot marami rami dn kame nakaen kase isa un sa gustong gusto namin. I called the attention nung supervisor and he did an immediate action pagpunta sa kitchen after nya magapologize. Then he called ung" GENERAL MANAGER "nila. Nagapologize naman kaso bakit po kame pa dapat ang magtanong ng dapat na gawin o anong magiging treatment sa ganun. Kaya nga sir ikaw po ang kinausap ko kase iniisip ko lang rin ang mga kasama ko. Dineclare ko na nga po na nasa food industry din ako pero parang wala lang. Hnd naman ako makikismpatya sa inyo dahil this time kame po ay customer na. Alam ko po ang sinsabi nyo pero I expect kase na may concern man lng samin. Hindi naman kame totally nag hysterical dun pero bakit parang wala man lang tanong kung nakaen ba namin or kahit tanungin man lang kung ano names namin para if in case na may maramdaman man kameng pagsakit ng tiyan e anong gagawin ba nila. Medical Assistance baga kase d naman namin masasabi kung pano nila gnawa ya. Sabi nila kame pa daw ang tatawag sa kanila? Hindi lang talaga namin napicturan kase naibigay na namin sa supervisor e. Nakakasuka sobra. Im looking for your customer service hotline kaso wala ata? Hello? Napakapricy po ng restaurant nyo, Sabi pa ng General manager problem daw sa mall ung "German Cockroach" whatever na sinasabi nya! Didn't felt ung sincerity mo sir to assist us! D ba po dapat may processes na kayo to prevent yang mga ganyan kase malaking restaurant na kayo? Also with your customers kase unang una hnd lang basta basta yan, it indicates wala ang food safety, on how you prepare! Sa totoo lang nabadtrip ung boyfriend ko sa binanggit nyo na German Cockroach na yan e. IPIS ay IPIS pa rn meaning marumi na ang restaurant nyo. Wala po kame pakelam kung anong klaseng ipis pa yan. Sobrang d na kame uulit sa inyo. POOR Food AND CLEANLINESS!

WALANG PAGKAIN! Pang ilang kain ko na ito sa sambo kojin pero kagabi ko lang naranasan na quarter to 7pm palang wala ng pagkain. Walang hipon puro bacon. Ang rason nila nagkakaubusan daw ng pagkain kasi maraming tao. Ang dinner buffet is until 10pm but the time is only 6: 45pm pero wala na silang maserve. It's a buffet you should know the quantity of food to serve, hindi kami umoorder lang. NAKAKADISMASYA! We are group of 10 last night pero lahat kami huling kain na sa sambokojin Sm Fairview.

New staffs are Rude, when you call them it will take 5 days for them to answer, they can’t say theres a lot of people calling since you can hear the ring.they’re are not responding to a txt as well. TOTALLY DISASTER

Used to be good. There are variety options to chose from and you can never get bored out of it for the second time. Now I feel like the food are still the same, less Deserts are present, and not to mention the service here is poor and grilling's here are left dirty. (there's also a plate under the table)

Unlike the other Sambo Kojin branches, this one is a little chaotic, but it is something that the management can't control. This is just based on what we've experienced.
Also, the food in this branch is taking so long to refill, plus not a lot of options even from the collab buffet. I also asked for a fruit shake, it is what I like the most on Sambo Kojin, but then, the crew told me that it is not available because the blender is not working well for the last 2 weeks. Lol.
When it comes to service, it was okay. But I waited for like 10-15minutes before I got my receipt because the people from the cashier are discussing something about wrong punching of receipt.
Atmosphere, from what I've mentioned, it's a little chaotic. It is a buffet restaurant but I didn't feel satisfied at all. We ended up walking out the resto very early and went to a coffee shop instead.

Before it was great but after pandemic the quality and the quantity of food got reduced, I only went for Vanilla Ice cream but it's also consumed by other customers so it easily run out. The selection of foods were few now, pandemic really destroy its glory days.

Food is still delicious, however, the menu is reduced.when i dined here the first time, you can eat carved meat and other selections.now, you have to avail of the collab dine-in with dad's to have those which is way pricier.

Loads of meat to bbq, and choices of ramen. The pork and beef roast are good too. No prawn as advertised so that’s a bit disappointing. Overall it not bad choice. Its cheap as compare to UK Korean grill restaurants.

Food was good but the staff are not attentive. A buffet restaurant that didn't provide the utensils. We had to ask for spoon and fork, chopsticks, and tongs separately.
