Masarap talaga dito sa samgyuniku. Nagtry kami sa festival mall branch since we loved the Santana Grove Branch

Good Food and the service is superb. Beyond my expectations. Thanks to Gian and Cherry, great customer service. Value of money, really worth it.

Lots of options and the servers are very fast and perceptive for the customers needs. Affordable and lots of space.

Just make sure to prioritize safety especially keeping the floor clean and not slippery

Buffet style, get your own. Madali naman sila magserve ng tempura. The only downside is isa lang yung working CR for everybody + oily floor (unsafe). Pati yung trabahador, nadudulas. Thank you sa free icecream btw

Foods are yummm! Staff are professional and accommodating! They even let us took the couch coz may kasama kaming kid! Great experience!:)

The food is great, the service is fast and courteous. I love the infinite ice tea and the extra ice cream at the end.

I really like Samgyuniku and had a good time dining here at Samgyuniku Festival Branch. Will try here again. Very accommodating staff at good ambiance.

I'm not the kind who gives low star review, as much as possible I give 5 stars to places I've been to, but for Samgyuniku Festival, they deserve it. It was self service, so I had to gather EVERY DISHES for a table of 5. I had little time left to even eat in peace. They run out of lettuce. I had to ask 5 times for it. Bibili pa daw. Seriously? Of all samgyupsalan I've been to, sila lang ang walang lettuce. No rice, no soup. Mabilis makaumay. Their korean sausage, yung nabibili mo sa palengke. The samgyupsal and pork itself are scrapings. Banchans were mid. The customer service was POOR. The floor was so SLIPPERY. Not kid, pwd, and elderly-friendly. It was supposed to be a celebration, but the experience ruined it for us. Sayang pera. Sobrang layo sa Romantic Baboy. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone.

This was the worst K-grill restaurant I’ve been to so far. Waiting time is good. Some staff are well trained, some are not. We didn’t enjoy the food as much as it’s worth. Limited kinds of meat & doesn’t taste like fresh. Not all side dishes were available esp their tempura it took almost half an hour to prepare. Took time as well to refill drinks both iced tea and water. Self service is okay but due to the slow service, our 2 hour time duration had been took by the waiting time for the refill of food and drinks.

Poor service, bad floor condition (super slippery), and dirty kitchen. Also, very limited modes of payment available. Poor telco reception (globe), no wifi

It was a nice place to eat in. We would love repeating the experience. They also allow small pets inside

My friends and I waited for around 30 minutes before the food was served. I don’t have a picture but my friend’s meat (bento box) was raw and she had to ask twice before they cooked the meat that they served. At first it was just the rice that they heated, and the meat was still raw that you can touch it with your fingers.

Pero sa meats and side dishes parang di na fresh, lalo yung lettuce parang walang masyadong lasa, parang lanta na.
Pero nabusog naman ako, nakarami ako lalo na sa ice tea.

Meat is good.
Some staff are good, but some staff aren't well trained.
When I got there, the available soup was "nilagang paminta" it tasted bland and had too much pepper.

It was fine. Tastes the same as other kbbq restos. Sides were ok, my friend enjoyed the sides. Cheese was good. Disappointed with the wagyu cubes (they honestly just tasted like spam). Limited options for meat. A lot of whats advertised wasnt available ‍️‍️ Keep in mind it's a self serve restaurant. Which would be fine but the resto is lengthwise and the workers and the food station are only on one end. I wouldnt mind going back and forth but the path was narrow because of the tables and the floor was VERY slippery. U have to break ur neck to try and get a worker to change ur grill bc theyre all on one end. I think they should add another food station to accomodate customers seated on the other end. Also quite unhygenic bc no one regulates the meat station and customers would gather there to get more food and drinks and some without a mask. It did satisfy my cravings so i'll give it a 2 over 5
