Failed to communicate a change in our flight details which led to myself and my family missing our departure by over 3 hours. When confronted they lied to our faces saying they didn't receive any notification and refused to assist any further. Cost me an additional P51,000. Management was extremely rude also. I do not recommend travelling with Sarah Lea Travel and Tours.
