Order is considered very slow. Too much but The food is delicious. The atmosphere is good and can be used.

After we had an ugly episode with one of the servers that is not there anymore we complained to the restaurant with the review “I reserved space 48 hours before the reservation date when I got there I was told that the whole place is reserved already even though I had a confirmed reservation. I do not appreciate when such a suppose to be a high end restaurant destroys my daughter’s birthday party. They are extremely not friendly and indifferent please do not reserve any event by them you will be disappointed.

Since then the restaurant apologized and gave us a full free meal for four. Later I got married and we had our wedding dinner by them and many more.
The food is exceptionally delicious. Probably one of the best if not the best Korean restaurant in metro Manila. The service is exceptional, pet and kids friendly. It was a shame that one server can hurt a business so badly.

The food was great, especially their beef selection. Our server Miko did an amazing job making our experience unforgettable.

The best korean barbecue I ever had. I have been to many korean bbq restaurants but this is the best so far.

I don’t leave reviews unless something is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This place was terrible. The meat they serve is mostly fat. I couldn’t eat it, who wants to have a plate full of grilled fat. Disgusting. The only reason why I give two stars is because the staff was very friendly like most all places in the Philippines. Won’t be going back here for sure

Authentic Korean food with lots of side dishes that will keep your stomach full without the heart burn. Prices are affordable and staff who will keep you entertained

Food was not bad, but service was very good. The staff were very friendly and they kept coming back asking if we would like to have our Banchan refilled. Price is reasonable. Portion is relatively big. We were all so full after the meal.
Due to limited sitting capacity, we were informed that we can only dine in without exceeding 1.5 hours. However, our food took 35 minutes to arrive, and we did not get 1 of our order until 45 minutes later.

The food was good, but it was really unfortunate how we had to experience it. We waited an hour just to get the side dishes. And while we were eating it we struggled to get it refilled. We had to follow up our orders several times before we received it.

The bad service made our experience terrible enough that we all thought we would've enjoyed eating in a samgyupsal place instead where it was cheaper and the food arrived in a timelier manner.

It was pretty disappointing for my friend especially, since he barely went out during the span of the pandemic, and this was his first experience eating out again with friends. I kind of regretted inviting him here cause I think it'll be hard to get him to go out again after this. Very disappointing.

Good location on the High Street. It was nice to sit outside. Very professional waiter. Their haemul pajeon (seafood pancake) was fantastic. Barbecue meat less so (too dry to our taste). Bathroom could be cleaner.

Food was fair. Nothing great. And they served the set meal in bits and pieces. I probably will not be a repeat customer.

Great service, great food! We ordered the Signature set for 2 and it's worth it. Sobrang nakakabusog! Meats served were very tender, you can tell it's of great quality. But the dish that shone the most for us was their Soondubu Chigae. Deep flavor and it's good too when paired with the Dolsot Bibimbap. Will go back here!

Since they took our feedback seriously and constructively, they did a great job in handling a special dinner for my family.

It was a wonderful experience and they went out of their way to make sure that the tables have decoration.

Daebak! Food in this place is nice. We ordered the set for Php1300 and got wiped out nicely by the nice banchan set. Fish cake and the nuts were my fave. Alfresco dining is great too!

On my prior review I gave them a one star due to the incompetence of one of their waiters. Since then.
We were in the BGC restaurant about two months ago where I had made a reservation for our daughter’s birth day.
When we got to the restaurant we met a host that was not aware that we had a reservation. Gave us an awful table by the side of the balcony while the restaurant had lots of empty reserved tables.
When I asked him why he is not giving me a better table he behaved abnoxiousely. I asked him for the manager and he disagreed to call and said he is in charge.
I left the restaurant upset, disappointed and angry and went to look for another restaurant. I do not need to add that this destroy the mood of the celebration.
After my 1 star review I received a message from the store manager Sharlyn Gabiosa.
She was very apologetic and went far beyond the call of duty trying to appease us.
She send us home a full meal for 4 at no extra charge and gave us vouchers to come and try again the restaurant.
I was pretty angry and I told her what is the point? The damage to our celebration was already done, besides I never saw a store that improves in their service.
After a long conversation she convinced me to try the restaurant again.
I said thank you and I may try them again down the line.
Last night me and my wife, we reserved a table directly from Sharlyn. When we got to the restaurant we got accepted like royalty.
The Service and the food they were beyond my best imagination.
I hope Sairwon management will read this because Sharlyn Gabiosa is an asset that any owner/ceo would be lucky to have in their staff.
She believes in her institution and in her management skills and she is all about making her customers happy.
This is not a given you bosses, this is an exceptional employee. If not for her I would not try your restaurant ever again and neither my friends would.
She gained me as her customer for life and I believe she would do it for any customer. She should get the best employee of the year.
