Seda Residences Makati

Me and family stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. I must say we had a spectacular experience in this hotel. The staff were all friendly. The rooms were clean. They provided us enough amenities. The free breakfast has unlimited choices. We stayed at the 34th floor and our view was perfect. It was worth the price!

Here's my view of the room. Ouch. Despite paying 6,000 php or 100 USD I'm being told that because I will checkout before 6am my takeaway breakfast - instead of buffet for 2 people - will be a sandwich and no juice, water, fruit, snacks etc asked for ice coffee told only hot. Fantastic.

Edit. After my initial review, I was kept awake by an owner that left their dog in the room alone.

What a way to end the year

The rooms are very good but the service is quite bad.we asked for our breakfast to arrive at a certain hour as we needed to check out early in the morning (it was already paid). We ended up leaving without the breakfast since they forgot and left us waiting way too long.

I do not recommend this hotel for the following reasons:
1) Decoration started at ten o’clock in the morning, it was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep
2) There are lice on the bed, so lice-marked that I can’t sleep
3) If the towel is unusually old, wipe it with a cloth
4) There was no hand in arranging the massage. I came at about 11: 30 or 12: 30 in the evening, and no staff informed me whether I had made an appointment.

Seda hotel staff are most welcoming, check in was simple and efficient. The hotel lobby is great for chilling with three Apple stations, gym and a swimming pool on the same floor, perfect for a workout and a few lengths. Great food menu and roof top bar across the city. All staff at Seda made the stay most enjoyable. Thank you.

Spent one night for my two days visiting Makati. I took the deluxe studio, and it has all that you need when you travel abroad.

Great experience! Very clean and modern facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Seda if you are looking for a centrally located place to stay with excellent service, nice and relaxing place. Breakfast was excellent also!

Everything about this place is just excellent including the service, breakfast, location, price, amenities and of course the room. Seriously, don't delay and just book.

I just arrived at this exceptional hotel? I question the reviews as being exceptional when I spent my first night calling security for the loud party. I hope things improve as this wasn't a good first impression. Will update my week long stay here.

My first time in Makati Philippine, I never think I can find a really cool hotel like this one. I spent a week staying here with a great experience and service. You'll love the swimming pool, the 35th floor, like me. This hotel is also in a good location where provide you a lovely view of the Makati City.

Worst Hotel sevice I ever ecperienced in my life. Almost swallowed big screw inside the omlette. Broke my dental filling and almost broke another teeth. No senior manager had the coutsey to meet me and apologize for the incident. It was my 1st and last stay in Seda Residences Makati. Spoiled my whole trip to Philippines.

Great hotel! The room was very very clean with great views. The buffet for breakfast was also very complete. I would definately come back again!

Extremely clean, and a great place to stay when in Manila. Everyone was so helpful, we had a problem with our flight and Charles the bay at reception was so helpful! Totally recommend!

Great experience, I'll probably gonna go back at Seda with my family again. Staffs are very hospitable, especially the guards. Also, I loved the city view from our room and at the straight up bar! Loved it!

We had a bad experience with the first accomodation we booked in The Philippines, but the Seda Residences saved our Manila experience. We turned up and asked to see the room, they showes us a magnificent room and booked us straight in! Amazing bed, soft sheets, high floor, world-class staff. What more could you ask for? If you need a great place to stay in Manila, Seda Residence is the place for you!

How shall I put it? For my partner and I, this location is definitely worth a 5/5!

The view from our hotel was fantastic, and it was nice and clean. The pool was consistently kept clean and well maintained. The buffet and the variety of cuisine were excellent, and the view from level 35 was quite beautiful. The internet speed was fast. Additionally, there are many restaurants close to the hotel.

But the excellent customer service we received from EVERY one of their staff is what has really convinced us to give this review. Everyone was always extremely welcoming, constantly wishing you a good day, and always eager to assist you in any way.

Erica at the front desk, Kyeth from the hotel's housekeeping staff, and Jena the chef from the egg station's kitchen deserve a very special shout-out on our behalf! All three of them were genuinely very nice to us, constantly going above and beyond, and always cheerful.

Definitely would recommend and return to this location!

We stayed for 2 nights after landing in Manila. It’s a Lovely hotel! Very clean throughout, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely gets the sun at 9: 30/10 ish at this this time of year (feb) Roof terrace bar was also fab!

"My experience at Seda Residence was somewhat uneven. On one hand, the hotel's design and facilities are truly impressive and provide a comfortable and sophisticated atmosphere. On the other hand, the service was inconsistent and sometimes lacking. For example, I had to wait 10 minutes on multiple occasions just to get someone to answer the phone. Despite these challenges, the hotel is still a beautiful place to stay, but the inconsistent service can detract from the overall experience. "

Excellent stay from day one to the end. Staff is so kind, adorable and caring. Great food at the buffett and the view of the sea mixed with the city worth it every second here

Great place. Clean and affordable rooms. Complete in amenities. Love the view from outside. The pool was clean and nice. They have a gym and a restaurant at the topmost floor.
