Parking is priced at P80 for the first two hours and P50 for every succeeding hour.

Covered parking with a decent amount of space to get in and out comfortably. If you park right smack the middle of the parking slot, you get enough room on both sides even if the car beside you parks really close to the edge. Don’t park near the elevators as the ingress and egress of deliveries for catering will most likely be in your way.

Rate is rounded off to the nearest hour. 9-10 hours of parking a day will cost you around P480-530.

Getting a booklet is a better alternative. You have to pay P2,500 upfront for 50 coupons. These coupon do not have an expiration date. One coupon is three hours and worth P50.9-10 hours will cost you four coupons. You’re welcome.

You pay first before getting your car out of the parking. A couple of minutes of grace period is given. The guard at the exit will know if you take too long since you will hand him a pass before he’ll let you through.

Here's our physical office. It was a great place, and has a great view from our floor. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby, so it's a great location.

We were there yesterday and got the chance to observe the staff at the front desk. They might have had an exhausting day but they were immensely inefficient. From helping/directing the food deliveries to assisting other staff that have concerns. The delivery guy had issues with delivering the food to the staff that ordered from an upper floor. The guard on the front desk didn't even have compassion to the delivery guy. Wouldn't even accept the phone call from employee to help the transaction between the delivery and them to promptly finish. The average time for each person who had concern at the front desk were probably 15 mins each.

Very good office spaces! Nice places around the building for food, if you have the extra money to spend!

Went yesterday to park my car and the stopper is very sharp! So, na flat! It happened a lot of times na daw yan! Please fix your freaking stopper! I just bought my new tire a month ago! Now I need to buy a new one again!

Establishment is world-class. Front desk are very accomodating. Offfices here are second to none and gives out a very professional mood.

My newly bought car damaged by one of their valet parker. And it took thwm 1 month to take action on my request to fix it.

One of the best place to work with.where my companies rented. One of the important in an establishment is the cleanliness and availability of personnel to do that and this establishment got it. The building is really awesome. I almost went into the highest floor just because the floor I am trying to buzz in was located on the other side as the building is divided into two. Meaning two separate elevator entrance for a specific floor. LOL.

This is one of the Net Group Corp's buildings.
I have a very positive experience working here. It's a comfortable place to work in. It has a nice reception area with a big LED screen that plays soothing videos and music as you line up for the stiles going to the elevators.

The Net Park Building is connected with Net Lima via the first few floors and the parking space. It is also beside Ascott BGC. There's a good variety of restaurants around the building lot (to mention some: Manam, Pho Hoa, Souv, Motorino, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Farmacy, and Wildflour) though they are quite pricey to dine in.

One of the perks of having your office in one the Net Group Corp's buildings is that you get to participate in their corporate activities as well so you get to mingle with people from other companies as well.

The Net Park building strives to be environmentally friendly and aims to live up to being green.

It may be weird but one of the things that I like most in working here is their restrooms! It's got to be one of the most comfortable restrooms you'll find in a building ever!
