Shakey’s (Matalino) / Shakey's Pizza Parlor

I've ordered Family Buffalo and Large Shakey's Special for take out, but I waited long time. It's okay for me to wait, seeing the staff doing a bulk order, understandable. The manager then apologized and given me other items. Forgot to ask the managers name but thanks again.

Walang kwenta service neto.tubig lang inabot pa ng ilang minuto.inuna pa yung mag babayad kaysa tubig.pano kung nabulunan na yung kumakain? Eh di kami pa mag aadjust sa incompetent service crew niyo?

We requested if they can prioritize our order, since we just have a 1-hour lunch break. And their fast.

Very poor service. Di mo alam kung talagang di nakikita ng crew kapag tatawagin sila o sinasadya nila na di tumingin, too obvious based sa action nila. Mas priority nila yung maaayos manamit lols obob masarap sana food ng shakeys kaya lang di recommended yung branch na to sobrang tagal ng serving at ng bill. Mapili sa customer na aapproachin nila. Kelangan mukha kang mayaman bago ka iassist

Nakakita kmi ng malaking ipis n namamasyal sa paligid at nglakad p sa glass panel back n forth, we called the attention of a crew and he and picked it up with a table napkin from the floor.

And just like that, our favorite Mojos are back!
I love having it with the crunchiest Fried Chicken and with Shakey’s 1L Iced Tea

We had the super 2023 classic meal deal for 1,599. You get 2 pizzas (any flavor except for premium) pasta platter (bacon & cheese futsilli), ice tea, 5pcs chicken & a supercard. It was ok, the service was the best! You can also have your coffee after your meal, no need to cross the street.

Customer service is very poor. There’s no customer but no one is attending to us until we decided to leave the place, that’s the only time they attended to us.

Dining staff are not hospitable. Manager must be sent to seminars and trainings on hospitality management.

They observe relaxed safety protocols.
But they try to keep dining groups away from each other.

Service is fast.
Crew is friendly.
Food served fresh.
Pizza was good and hot.

The dining area was clean and orderly.

Their Washroom was clean and bathroom supplies (toiletries) were complete.

Shakeys has always had a specific ambiance and consistent good food. Every branch is like an extension of another. Good times with a group of friend and Pizza!

Shakey's Matalino has been one of my "go to" places for quick take out meals for the family. Service here is great and the quality of food is very good.
I recommend this branch to anyone anytime. During the pandemic, they were one of the very few places that were open.

Took 2 follow ups before my glass of water was served. And it was not a mere casual call from a distance. I have to stand before their staff 3 times for that glass.

I rang the bell three times to express my surprise to a wonderful service.exceeded my expectations. The manager was hands-on and the staff displayed genuine smiles.

Dine in options available. Walk in take out available. 9pm closing time during GCQ. Most pizza flavors are available

This famous pizza parlor they shouldnt have open on a sunday for a mothers day celebration, it's so lousy, so slow! I ordered for a take out its already 3hrs waiting until now its still in the kitchen. Im trying to hold my anger, I really wanted to shout! Rules were not followed here and we are still in the midst of the pandemic.
Im goin to complain in the cityhall tomorrow.this isnt fair!

Fast approach of the service crew. Will instantly offers you a chair, whether you're for to go or dine in. There are several people eating at this branch, which is somehow uncommon to some Shakey's branches I've been to.
The guard is nice, will open you doors.
The ambiance is cool. It was playing an opm song while I was there.
Order took 10 to 20 minutes. It was just a salad.

The food is good but the service is really bad. We went at lunch time but there wasn't much people. Service is slow and they only give your request one at a time instead of providing everyone in one go.
