Love the service here. The food is the usual Shakey's food that can be found in any other branch.

Saved our Christmas Eve! Thankfully they were able to accommodate our order kahit late na!

The staff was very accommodating when we arrived. No waiting line. The waiter was attentive taking the order. We have a great seat. The carbonara is so matabang need mo salt and pepper. As in walang lasa.

Pizza is so matagal and naubos na pasta wala pa si pizza. Ung iced tea masarap. Sarap ng Sundae. Too sweet nga lang.

Shakey's is Shakey's so will still be back

HORRRIBLE SERVICE!

Servers didn't know what was on or off the menu. Ordered lemonade and got a bunch of ice tea-lemonades. Took a very long time and had to ask 5 times before getting another coffee. First they tell me only one burger type is available. Then they tell me later there are no burgers at all.
Pastas kept coming out cold that some just ate it because we were all hangry by then.
Several party members ordered regular sized pepperoni pizzas. One server keeps telling us that one hand tossed is available then another server comes along later to tell us only thin crust is available. We canceled all our pizza and burger orders and had to stick to chicken. I personally just canceled my order except for a small plate of potatoes.
This place seriously should closed and everyone retrained or fired.

Okay Lang naman, I ordered my usual bunch of lunch, my pizza parang kinapos ng tomato sauce, the rest okay Lang.

First off, the Food. We ordered a mushroom soup, Chicken and Mojo's, Party size Hand Tossed Manager's Choice Pizza, Garlic bread and Carbonara.
The soup and gravy was salty, pizza had a few toppings and the Carbonara was a bit bland due to less sauce.
The service was okay in the beginning but when we billed out and asked the leftovers to be taken out, that's what took our time.
Last is the restaurant's ambiance. I was comfortable at my seat while eating the meal. The interiors were filled with Christmas decors and the place felt good.
Overall, the dining experience is kinda normal like a Standard dining experience, but I'm a bit disappointed at the food. Thanks God the Mojos were still awesome as always!:)

5 stars for this shakeys branch. For starters, I love the location, it's away from the hustle and bustle of city streets and the foot traffic of malls. So if you want to dine in peace and a bit of privacy then this location is great for you. Another plus is they have their own parking area that does not require any fees and it's right next to a gas station (caltex). Chairs or seating arrangement isn't cramped like typical restaurants. They also have a fairly sized function room in case you wanna organize a party. Staff are pretty friendly and the food is great (typical shakeys).

Cool.nice.good location.nice team inside the shop.not busy.take out drive through and dine in.the shop near and close to Ayala mall and caltex Cas station.good for family good for couples good for daily food alot of options inside.recommended food shop.but remember you always have competitor.work hard and keep good services.thanks alot and regards.

Staff are very attentive and quick on their feet, as this branch is always full. Delicious pizza, fried chicken and mojos we've always loved.

My friend and I planned to have a surprise birthday treat for his husband with family and friends in this branch and they never failed us. Having us in a looong table with kids playing around never bothers them and still keep a smile in service.

Staffs are the best in terms of support, friendliness, accommodation and service.

The surprise lively birthday song and the free candle compliments with out surprise dining experience.

Pizza took 30mins to be served, sorry but thats unacceptable serving time. Place looks understaffed and employees looked stressed

So happy that they allow table reservation for big groups as we are more or less 20 people for a surprise party. The crews try their best to accommodate us, although we understand it was a busy Saturday afternoon so some orders have to be followed up esp.for additional orders, but overall appreciate the fact that they also surprised the bday celebrant with a song number and an ice cream! Thank you Shakeys Aseana team for making the surprise birthday successful! But also maybe you should consider adding more crews to accomodate customers esp.during busy weekends!

We arrived here 30minutes before closing with kids and senior citizens. Reataurant is pack.party area is not being used but manager refused to open it. Another nig group arrived we all end up waiting for a table to be vacant which took about 20minutes for our senior citizen companions to wait standing.

Shakey"s Macapagal is accessible along Macapagal Road with landmarks in between Caltex gas station and Gerry's Grill and a little bit further ahead of City of Dreams (Dreamplay) if you're going towards Cavite. It has free parking in front and pay parking at the.back. There are other stores like 7 11, tea shops, etc.at the back of this resto as well.
