Enjoyed the fried Chicken with rice, french fries, carbonara, Cesar salad classic onion and beef and Hawaiian pizza,

Only caveat was the order came staggered. The pizza came later.

Di worth it yung mojos nyo kalahati lng ng box tapos 249… di pa ininit ang mga orders.kulang kula pa, tapos yung mozarella di man lng macheesy jusko.

Very poor service. The branch manager and it's staffs should be fired they are useless. Won't attend to your needs even wala naman masyadong customers.

Many items are not available. Place needs a revamp. Customer service from the crew is good.

The place is cozy and conducive to dining with friends. I was there last Wednesday evening, and the store management dutifully requires social distancing on all clients. As the NCR will be on Alert Level 1 starting March 1, am sure many will visit the store more often and enjoy the delicious food to everyone's content.

We eat food here from time to time and savor the manager's choice pizza. Times during college remind me the most when I dine here. The staff are attentive to your needing. I highly recommend!

Perfect for all-night studying because they're open for 24 hours a day. Serves affordable and quality food.

I understand that its beside a university. But it's so noisy! Noisiest branch I've ever been to.

Attention to customer upon entering store is a plus. Service is good. This restaurant is spacious and is a go to place for students in the university area. The place really invites you to have a good meal and stay to catch up with friends. The 18" pizza and chicken ordered is satisfying.

We come back here every time there are celebrations or group meals amongst our friend groups. Although sometimes their service is slow, the staff still seem very friendly and accommodating. They're very accommodating with requests. The meals were always delicious.

I think they could improve more on their service. Sometimes we ask for water or ice and they seem to forget. We have to follow these things up again.

Nevertheless, the experience was always good and fun.

Really love this place. Very accessible for students studying in U-belt. You can host events or parties here for a reasonable price. Some of the staffs are very accomodating here. If you're going to eat here from 8pm onwards don't expect fast service the staffs are too slow they just stand there and will not accomodate you. One time we ordered skilletti, we waited for almost an hour and we keep on asking for follow up and they told us to just cancel the order because they are just starting to cook the pasta. In the end, the manager said sorry and gave us complimentary mojos.

The waiters are really accomodating, and friendly to their customers, the food is good. The pastry, pasta and even pizza is hot when it serve.

We celebrated mother's day here. Fresh ingredients on their salad. Mojos good. Overall, good food.

Not the best Shakey's in Manila.
Slow service even with the restaurant empty.
Won't go back there for sure.
I'll stick with Malate and Tomas Morato branches.

Ang bagal ng pag order nila, pagbigay nang quick order tulad nang kape at hindi pa mainit. Ang tagal nilang magbigay nang bill.
