Service was slow and some of the chicken was a little raw, but they compensated with free mojos and dessert

1. Sodexo+ QR code was “missing”
2. The place was almost dull plus the event room but only around three people were serving
3. Was salisbury supposed to be sour? It was.
4. I was expecting the jambalaya rice to be tasty since it has lots of ingredients. It was bland.
5. Mojos tasted differently, not in a good way
6. No fish.
7. No chowder.

Horrible. Waiters and managers not paying attention. Just wanted to get it over with. Had to refund part of the order because kitchen did not start cooking it until we have already paid.

Extremely disappointed. The items I wanted were all put of stock, the only pizza crust available is thin crust which I didn't like and the take out pack we had was left at the store and the management didn't call us back to get our stuff. I also found the staff inattentive despite having to wait on 3 tables during the shift.

Overall, the experience was unpleasant and we didn't get to enjoy ourselves. Will not come back and will definitely won't recommend.

A nice place to dine with family and friends they cater celebrating of special occasions which we attended (our niece's 2nd bday). I could have given it a 5 if not for the parking witch is a downside bcoz it's very difficult to find a parking spot at this place i spent more than 30mins looking for one. But overall the dining experience is good.

One of our go to place for meet-up/ short meeting and spontaneous family and friends gathering.

The first table I was given was hot. The mushroom soup was a little salty. The chicken and mojos are good.

A welcome home when i dined there 8 days ago: Its pizzas are turning back to the (Prieto's) classic flavors of dear, old Shakeys!

Tried the good burger and it tasted great, its like eating a real beef burger without the guilt. Also the price is a steal, P199 for a burger & house tea

I'm a pizza lover and I recommended Shakey's Thin pizzas coz its crispy and super affordable! The toppings are super!

So accomodating. At first I'm a little bit sad because my shakeys card is expired. But suddenly, I felt happy because of the staff (girl) offer me to get a new card dahil yung order namen is pasok na dun. Thanks a lot.

Service was a little slow most likely because workforce was skeletal at my time of visit. They are open til late though.

Best place to have party events, early reservation for family bondings and more. Great service, manager is easy to talk with. Good taste of food also. Also has ample parking space for customers.

The parking space is a bit crowded but the guards were quick to assist.the food attendant were very attentive and as usual food is great!

Went here on the second day of the Seminar with very good friends and it was so good with their Great pizza and pasta.

It was new year's eve and we were ordering food for take-out. There was a long queue and the male supervisor taking orders couldn't get the items right. I was simply ordering for 1 large manager's choice pizza, 1 large pepperoni pizza and a family-sized chicken and mojos. He was trying to sell us a suoercard but can't seem to explain how it would be worth having. I asked him to repeat my order and he kept he kept saying the wrong sizes.
Service your customers first and make sure that the orders are accurate before upselling your card. It us so unbecoming of a supervisor.

This branch is pretty standard. The food is consistent with other branches. The staff are friendly but inattentive sometimes. The pizza and mojos are as good as what is expected, but the onion rings and fries are mediocre. The dessert and drink selection is good. They have clean washrooms and have ample parking available.

Good food at very reasonable price. Chicken very much better than Mcdo/Jolibee n other fast food chain. Clean & decent place to enjoy your lunch/dinner. Timog branch is remarkable.

Ambience is nice here. Recommended for family and friends. Staffs are friendly and accomodating.

Great food, excellent service. Wide selection of menu items at a good price. Would go to again.
