The worst service today. More than half the menu was unavailable. Service took so Lang despite being the only table. Bad Training on the wait staff who were totally clueless of what they were serving. They told me the only root beer they had were cans so ordered 2 cans. Took a while to arrive as apparently they went out to buy it in 7eleven and served it too us. When we opened the cans the both exploded all over the table. Never coming bank and deleted my shakeys app. After being a loyal customer for over 30 years I will never spend my money on any shakeys.

We always visit Shakey's UPS Branch, great atmosphere and ambiance, very accommodating ang mga Staff. This Branch area is super Kid-friendly meron sila Claw-machine.lagi may uwi ang baby namin na stuffed toys, kaya they always look forward to go here.

Yesterday we celebrate our birthdays and they make it extra special thanks sa lahat ng Staff

Here at Shakeys SM BICUTAN, celebrating my beloved brother's birthday all staff are so wonderful and accomodating by Mark and Malon. We're going to visit again for another memorable experience.

Customer support online Janine is very patient and approachable. Rider Kuya Noel is very polite and of course delivered it on time.

Same same freshly cooked Shakey’s meals but poor value for money on their combo promos. Service is so-so, I experience better customer service from other branches.

Great service and also not much people when we went so it was good. Although it did take our pizza awhile before it came out.
Really loved the truffle cheese pizza that is a must try
We got their group meal promo which was pretty worth it and since it came with a card we were able to get a free pizza for birthday as well.

Hi everyone like to commend Rogent for giving us superb customer service experience while we dine in. He explained one by one our order. He knew the product of Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken & Sauce Bar very well. He even repeated our orders correctly. He smiles and assisted us politely. Guaranteed the food: delightful, what we like about visiting yday was the exceptional excellent service of Rogent. By the way the branch we visited is at East service road. Peri peri Jr.

Went here during GCQ, July 25th. At first, we are skeptical since we came late na 8pm, thought it was closed. But turned out that they're open till 10PM. Everyone, from guards to crews, are following safety protocols; Check your temp, sanitize station available and health declaration form/QR are required too to monitor foot traffic. Plus they're all also nice! Crews won't touch your food upon serving, they just gonna bring it beside your table then help yourself. Also sa mga takeout food. This keeps your food exposed only to you as much as possible
