Great mall access on a hidden part of Taguig. Mostly there are still vacant place where other brands can occupy. One of the most part where an improvement can be apllied.

Supermarket needs constant inventory.avoid parking on rear part of the mall during early hours for ingress allowed only in grocery section before 10am.

We're happy that there's now a nice mall to go to that's near our place. Very good selection at the supermarket and the home section particularly the kitchen area.

My little girl had so much fun at Kidzoona and has declared it her new favorite play place.

Nice selection of restaurants and coffee shops too.

The entrance to the parking is really slow since you have to pay before going in, causing a long line. They should move this to the exit.
Now they have made construction to parking area giving limited parking to guests

Has a wierd layout with the mall built on top of a road, literally. Buy hey, "Only in the Philippines! " now makes it an architectural curiosity.

Relatively a new mall that caters Taguig residents and clients of nearby cities. It has a shopping mall "All Homes" that stores all home needs from fixtures to furnitures, floor and wall needs, bathroom and bed, interior needs etc. It has fine shops for coffee and dining pleasures. More shops are available inside for personal needs.
It is accessible from the main road of C5 by tricycle, taxi, personal shuttle or private vehicle.

Clean and complete with adequate parking spaces. Food, restaurants, home appliaces, name it. It almost have all the things you need.
Long store hours too and good security.

It's an easy alternative to the crowded Market Market and the traffic and hassle of SM aura. Parking used to be free but they now charge 30 php unlimited hours.

Not too crowded. No cellphone reception in some places. They recently added pay booths for parking so it's not free anymore.

Paid parking with no cover, for Php30. Few restaurants to choose from, but a good neighborhood mall.

Upscale mall with missing stores. Prices are upscale as well. But that's the beauty of it. REALLY NICE PLACE.

- Although the grocery is nice it still need some adjustment like adding food products.
- always clean
- only limited food choices
- only limited needs

The first time I went here when I am with my friend. We watched Insidious 2. This place is so neat and nice.

I was at the area during a time when I visited the Taguig City Hall. It was still undergoing much needed development for its stores, but the ground level was already functional with its supermarket, fast food stores, and book stores.

Very convenient location in the residential area of Taguig. Just a few minutes walk from home and you'll find diverse food choices and your basic necessities in one roof.

Nice local mall for Taguig residents. Good product mix of fastfood and fine dining restos. Great movie cinemas as well.

Less people going in this mall sibce it is new. Good place to visit, though with minimal stores to go. But still a great place

The mall has not much to offer but enough to meet your needs especially the home stuff. In fairness, it is still new and expanding so I can say it will not take long to be a number 1 go-to place for all shoppers.
