Before going to cashier, I specifically asked the salesperson to remove the price tag at the base of the candle warmer as it might damage the item if the recipient were the one to do it (material is made of wood and painted). However salesperson insisted that the cashier and gift-wrapping sections are the ones in charge of it and assured me that price tag can be removed. I clarified it twice and even asked about warranty as I didn't want to hassle the recipient of going back and forth to Aura. When I got to the gift wrapping section, the staff could not remove the tag and informed me that item might get damaged if she proceeds on removing it completely. I asked them to just return my money because they couldn't find a replacement item without pricetag. Now I have to wait 15 days for the refund.

Like in every SM store, a wiiiiiiide variety of products. They have a floor for men, women and children. A lot of different names ranging from Bench to more famous brands like Nike and still in affordable pricerange in comparison to the brand main stores. That's why I personally prefer shopping in the SM store. It still feels like I'm in the philippines. The service is very good, which is very special in the Philippines. The salesmen and women are informativ and very nice, like nowhere else in the world. (I still have to find another country or land that gives that kind of devotion and friendliness concerning service). All in all a wonderful shopping experience.

For being in a large shopping mall.this SM department Store is smaller (even thou 3 floors) than most SM stores I’ve shopped in & also just visited

SM Maxwear in this store, are much less than other SM stores

When you get to a grocery, you’re ready to do for an exciting of picking dry good stuffs for your household needs. There are some choices to look for but groceries no matter how many of their displays on the shelves people are still complaining it is not complete. SM Aura has more than enough to offer but human nature prevails no satisfaction, well that is my only truthfull opinion. When it comes to vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, chicken from local to international items etc.everything is there. What important is that it is very convenient and it has a very large area that everyone would enjoy doing their groceries. If none of your choices suits your requirements and needs there is another grocery nearby and accross the road where to meets the grocery requirements.

Had been happy and satisfied for a while now, until I saw a big rat in the fish/meat area yesterday; rushing from inside to outside the floor area where the attendants clean the fish.

I love SM. Eto na ata ang grocery na pinakacomplete at hindi masyado matagal pumila. Quality and cheap items. Special on in house brands.

Location is convenient for me. Ample parking space. Would have given 5 stars but the items on thenshelves are not that complete.

Good range of choices although other ayala malls and bigger SM supermarkets have more choices. They do have products that no one else has.

Great selection. Pretty much covers all of an average family's daily needs and then some. International section is well stocked and has enough ingredients to make donburi and sushi at home.

Clean, wide aisle, well lit, staff are courteous, can find most of grocery items, but prices are a bit higher compared to other stores.

A bit pricey compared to other supermarkets, but their selection is top notch. Staff is friendly and polite. Parking is quite inconvenient, but if you're commuting, they have plenty of taxis available

Sunday at aura is like a walk in the park. Positive energy.nice vibes.so many goods to feast your eyes.

The goods in this mall have quality defects, and the service attitude and after-sales are very bad.

Most of the staff are courteous and helpful. Lots of international and local products. If you go on Tuesdays and I think Saturdays, fresh products are really fresh.

A great place to shop. They have it all. I went there during sale and the merchandise was really well priced. Product quantity is good. Staff are very helpful to customers. Another thing I like with this branch is that it does not fill-up as much with people as other sm department stores
