SM Cinema East Ortigas

When we watched last time in SM Ortigas it was really long line waiting for our turn to buy tickets but of course they served chairs who are waiting in line and after that we bought our popcorn but sad to say the movie we watched by Piolo Pascua is not that good sorry.

It's better if you book a ticket online to skip the line. There is a 20php booking fee. Present the generated QR code, after booking online, on the ticket booth so they print out your ticket. Then you can proceed to your designated cinema/movie.

I have always enjoyed the available popcorn and cola served there. It have PWD friendly slopes for such patrons to enjoy the movies with us. Clean and good cushioned seats!

The cinema is here is better than in SM Megamall, the sound is so realistic. Way way better than other cinema.

I had a good movie watching experience here. The area is clean. I hope you open director's club already.

Serving time is too long which doesn't make sense since they have so many crews in that store. They don't deserve to be called fast food.

Malabo yung screen and garble yung sound. It felt like going to the movies in the 90s.

They claim their credit card machine is new and now doesn’t accept international cards. Ridiculous. Cinema is ok. Usually seats available.

Great cinema experience.few people gather around this parts so no problem in availing premium seats.

Nice place to watch movies especially during weekdays. If you like to avoid too much noise this is where you can watch and appreciate the movie

Clean and i like more cause the seats were elevated so you can see the movie clearly seeing someone's head in front of you

Decent for an SM Cinema probably because it is also one of the newest SM malls. Ticket price is reasonable, screen is big, sound is okay, AC is cold. Though if you’re watching at Cinema 4 and wanted to use the toilet, you have to sprint back and forth so you won’t miss much from the movie!

It would have been great but they ran out of cheese for the popcorn! There is only one toilet for the cinemas! And they should probably place bigger signs of the movie playing on cinema entrances in the corridor because if you suddenly need to go to the toilet and you dont remember which cinema you came from, you could get lost!

Outside food not allowed SM snacktime burger is disgusting. I was very disappointed. I just wanna enjoy the movie and eat a food of my choice but SM didn't let me

I love the Last Full Shows each time because the cinema is no longer cold and more often than not the cinema is almost empty

We had a great time watching the End Game. The place was clean and the seats are comfy throughout the long movie time.

Cinema is not that big, but the branch offer a Directors club, one of the few selected branches of SM

Since it's near our home it's good for me. I won't have to go to Megamall to have the DC experience.

The cinemas are very clean. Sound system are very good. There are wheel chair slots in every cinema for PWD. The place is not overcrowded with movie goers.

Very cosy. Small but can accommodate huge number of viewers. It's too cold compared to other SM Cinemas and I love it
