Nice place all in all lot of place to go for relieving your food cravings even at the food court.

Though didn't order, but I like the ambiance and aesthetics. That's 1 for me. The egg souffle is so good to look at.

Bought 3 packs of Sugarbee romaine lettuce from SM Hypermarket North Edsa The Block. In each pack has 2 small lettuces. I selected these 3 packs with the belief these are the best among the available lettuces. Price range from 60+ to 73+ pesos per pack.

When I was preparing the lettuces to ve stored in the ref, regretfully half of the leaves are no longer in good condition. In the end, what was left was not worth what I paid for.

I hope that SM Hypermarket will have a stricter quality control on all of its items especially perishable ones.

Needs to improve on checkout system in terms of long line and too crowded, think more of shoppers comfort. NOT just the bottomline.

Got almost all the things I need in a grocery store. Except for a particular vinegar my mom is looking for. A chinese white rice vinegar

Has a much cheaper price than any typical supermarket or grocery store. Items are well organized and easy to locate.

This place has a large variety of groceries and has all things needed as far as food, laundry, personal hygiene, snacks and some furniture and cookware.the environment is very friendly

I applaud their good service and fast cashiers all the distress is gone and I can still say that SM Hypermarket Cubao can give you a good shopping experience, a good place to dine, and a convenient location for everyone.

Quite nice. I frequent here to do my grocery and get what I need. Plus, there are a number of restaurants and cafes just around the corner if you felt tired going around. There are also services just outside the hypermarket like driving school, photo services, etc, plus it is connected to the SM Mall so you don't have to go far to see other shops or places to eat, just take the escalator up and you will be in the block area.

Great selection but the lines are ridiculous, 30min in a green basket line on weekdays when only shopping for few items is just too much. They should allocate more cashiers OR have someone else do the packing, first beeping the products and then packing them by the same cashier takes like 5min per customer which is beyond me.

Buying stuff in this grocery is a bad experience overall mainly because of the long lines you have to wait. Mind you I'm talking about weekdays not weekends. And the reason for that is they only allocate few cashiers. Take for example the green basket lane. They only allocate 2-3 cashiers on the green basket lane. And it doesn't help that the cashiers are working so slow, chatting with other cashiers and doing other extra curricular activities. And why is it that many of them don't know how to use the credit card machine? So you end up waiting in line 15-30 minutes on a Thursday. Now imagine doing groceries on a weekend. This has been the common theme since the start of this year. Just go buy your groceries at trinoma or other grocery chains.

Last April 10, Sunday. My last minute grocery. Ang cashier sya din ang taga package that's why we help her. Kaya lang yung pag transfer ng box to our cart hindi ko na kaya kaya tumawag na ako ng male crew. Nagtataka lang ako ang yaman ng SM pero kulang sa tao. Habol ko kasi yung prestige points kaya doon pa rin ako nag grocery. Pero sa totoo lang mas ok sa Landmark ang service. Sana improve nyo naman ang service nyo. Sayang.

I know the guards are only doing their job. But the constant stares is very uncomfortable. Even as I was paying at the counter, they wont let a single movement of mine go unnoticed. If they are in doubt of me, they could just watch me from a nice distance or from a cctv and not infront of my face.

This place is always crowded specially during pay days. Cashiers always seems slower compared with other groceries. Takes more than 10min per cart Customer with usual 5-7 cart queue.

How can i need tell you it's another hypermarket but it didn't have what i want it

You almost got what you need here. The downside is the loooonggg cashier wait! I waited in line for almost an hour! They only have 2 cashier for the basket lane

Less crowded during weekdays.
Best to go during mornings & leave by 230pm.
It starts getting crowded for some still undetermined reason.

If you enter going to the mall (on your way to Hypermart), the mandatory temp check, alcohol, contact trace detail slip & hand spray is enforced PLUS quarantine pass.

On the flipside,
Going to the supermarket/ mall via parking building entrance, the mandatory is enforced SANS the quarantine pass.

Hmm.

Best to go here early on a weekday, so less people. Advised to bring your own reusable bag so you don't wait in queue to have it boxed.

Not very complete because all i needed and wanted to buy were unavailable. But that is very excusable because there was such a big volume of people doing their groceries, because of MECQ (again) tomorrow. Check out counter lines are very very very long. I'm sure other supermarkets have the same situation. But on the whole my shopping experience was very okay.
