They dont give you boxes for your gtoceries.tgey give you flimsy paper bags. When i asked to double the bag they said management does not allow it. The managrr would rather have me refund than to give me extra paper bags. Hoing to other stores next time.

Sa dinamidami ng mga (contractual) na empleyado ng SM Group, sana siguraduhin nila na may mga tamang presyo ng lahat ng bilihin na madaling makita, at nasa tamang puwesto-hindi yung kelangan mo pang basahin ang napakaliit na font na pangalan ng item mismo. Ang dalas that the price displayed refers to a totally different item. So inefficient and a further burden on us customers.

Poor customer service. I understand there's a pandemic but the store still not close but all cashiers are getting ready to close even still 1 hr before closing.

DO NOT buy Fresh Meat/Fish Here! I bought ALOT of meat and fish and they are all BAD.either smells bad or tastes bad.specially pork products

Worst place to buy goods. Vegetables are not fresh and you cannot buy in your desired quantity since most are in large bundles and not versatile to pick few. It's better to buy groceries in shopwise cubao.

I used to really like their TURON but after seeing today I wouldn't buy it anymore. I saw the guy who's getting the TURON get the money using his plastic gloves and the SAME plastic was used to get the turon! And he even used the SAME plastic glove to make the TURON!

Laging mahaba pila pano 3 kahera lang.tas ayaw pa pagamit sa may big cart pang big cart lang.oo cge BIG CART pero puta naman ang haba2 na ng pila sa basket counter ayaw nyo mag transact! Buti sana kung madaming open na counter sa green basket lane! Aattitude pa kau sa customer nyo napaka bobo

Oct 23,2018, SM Hypermart Cubao, Main Ave.corner EDSA, QC - I was paying for my groceries when an item had to be voided. I had to wait for 15 minutes because the one who was authorized to void was nowhere to be found. I got her name, it's Jenny Perez. Customers should not be made to wait that long. If she's the only one who can do the job then she shouldn't leave her post for more than a couple of minutes.

They charge their customers parking fees. They don't even honor receipts from their food stalls. You have to spend 300 pesos to get your parking fees waived. Not a good place just to have snacks.

If you want to shop and lose weight, this is the perfect place. It feels like you're inside a sauna.

Most aisles are too narrow to accommodate two carts. Didn't like its alleged "new" look. Became a bit crowded when HMR trading took some space from the supermarket area. Selections for some grocery items (both wet and dry) are limited aa well.

Strict na sila sa parking. Kahit na dun ka mag lunch at mag grocery after ng errand mo elsewhere. So kung may pupuntahan ka pa look for parking somewhere else.

This is by far the best SM store I have ever been to. It's posh but upholds a non-intimidating atmosphere because the staff is gracious and evenhanded. I saw how the store transformed. And I loved how it has evolved into. If you are in for some shopping from the Mid-range to the high-end price, then this is your place. This shopping mall can cater to the middle class and the upper classes with a wide selection of apparel. Premium brands are available there as well.

Great place and option to shop rather than goinhlg to cubao to buy things that you may need, but restrooms are poorly maintained.

Good selection of groceries but beware of the chiller where they put the hotdogs and sliced hams. It's our second time buying hotdogs which smell and taste a little sour. We cooked it right after buying so there's no chance of us mishandling it. The food court area isn't very interesting too. They only have very few shops which don't appeal to me.

Very huge supermarket. Can improve by providing covered walkway for commuters from Edsa and Maine Ave.

Many affordable prices here. For some reason, air conditioning doesn't work well here and it gets very hot. In some cases, the products sold are damaged because of the heat. For example, most of the time the chocolate bars are melted. Fruit is warmer then usual. Sometimes the fridge section doesn't keep items cold enough because they are fighting the heat.

This day I was inquiring courteously at the Bills and Payment because I have a problem determining what to fill out, but the employee there treated me without much consideration on my first try in paying bills. Can she guide me in a way that shows concern to me as a customer or use a nice tone that doesn't get much attention?
After transacting I still thank her even with the attitude she gave me.
It's still 4 star because she guide me nevertheless.

What I expect is courtesy and sincerity maybe I was wrong to expect courtesy after giving them courtesy. Thanks!

Nice spacious grocery shopping. Free parking for customers with validated grocery receipts. Could improve on the airconditioning.
