SM Hypermarket reviews
56 Typical supermarket with other retailers in the same complex. Parking is free when validated by their supervisors.
Recently, they made some display rearrangements and it resulted to a classier taste of display.
They are very strict with their parking. They have maximum of three hours parking and you need to calidate the parking stub to the customer service. Which is a hassle for a customer who just wants to buy something inside.
I cannot blame them because the establishments surrounding them doesn't have any proper parking which led to the parking slots at SM occupied.
The interrogation from the guard upon entering the parking down to the validation of stub makes the shopping experience here uncomfortable and a hassle.
Nonetheless, this establishment is very convenient to the community surrounding it.
First time to visit this branch of SM Hypermarket, surprise the place is big with high ceiling good design for supermarkets'. Have few home electronic and appliances stores and clothing. The place is located beside Medical City Clinic. Almost fronting JRU school. The place also is strategic if your living within the vicinity of Mandaluyong. They have also few food kiosk inside to choose whenever your hungry. Very nice!
Most items at the grocery section does not have tag price, or the tagged price belong to another item - youd end up surprised at the pay counter cuz your total amount would be larger. Their price check machine isn't working too. And to make it worst the Food Court is dirty littered with left overs, no crew to clean
The place hasn't chnaged. Not too crowded, but selections are also not to much. Food options for dining are very limited.
Ok pamimili dito pero 4 stars lang kasi may mga times na ang haba ng pila kasi konting cashier lang available.
Parking spaces are too tight & dark. Very few check out counters for items below 10pcs.
SM Hypermarket is like any other supermarkets except it's bigger and has lots of food stalls and other stores, and clinic inside. I just wish they had Birch Tree that's in retail as in per sachet Birch Tree milk. Other than that, it's good. They have wheelchair and cart ramp so it's very convenient.
The place is so much better than before, safe to go en visit the place where you can get anything you want to buy
The staff and the managers were courteous and helpful. But they need to renovate the building coz it's not pleasant to the eyes.
It's a one stop mini mall that is accessible to our residence.
It has a supermarket that doesn't just offer grocery items but also, furniture, fixture, equipment, appliances, school / office supplies.
There's also a wide array of food selections in the mini food court. Bakeshop is now available near the entrance area of the supermarket.
At the ground floor of the mini mall, there's Watson's, some celfone shops, ATMs, and I am so happy because Medical City is also available here for medical checkups and medical lab needs.
I'm so satisfied with the way they treat me and ask what you want or needs to buy. The staff and the Assistant Manager are very friendly to talk and helpful too.
Cx service kasi ayaw nilang ipa-box mo yong mga grinocery mo kahit abibigat na bote at lata yon, sasabihan ka na "next time, magdala ka ng eco bag" which is may dala naman akong eco bag nun. Bastos ang bagger nila, baka hindi naorient. SM, beke nemen. Salain at i-train ng mabuti ang employees.
Nice supermarket. Most of the basics need is available here. There's long line during peak hour like 5-6pm
This grocery store is strategically located in a busy neighborhood and can be accessed by all means of transportation.
Convenient shopping would probably best describe this place of business. The on-going pandemic has taken its toll on their tenant count but essentials are available. They also started selling Korean cooking ingredients although you wouldn't find everything you need.just the basics. Best to do your shopping in the morning plus being early helps if you need to pay your bills. Parking is adequate as well and the security people are respectful.
Basic needs that.you need are their but for the appliances options not that much of choices to look and compare to on what you are looking for kitchen and home and living room appliance still suggest to go to the mall for more options
Beware of thieves. Security is not really securing customers who are spending on groceries. People who works there are not helpful and friendly.
The place is so much better than before safe to go en visit the place where you can get anything you want to buy
This SM Hypermarket is the nearest branch in Shaw-Mandaluyong area. The good thing about this location is that it's near LTO and JRU (university school). I just noticed there are some items not available like 2 Liter Coke products, Arce Dairy Ice Cream, etc. I also noticed there is no Goldilocks nook (I remember SM bought shares of Goldilocks if not bought fully acquired) inside which would have been convenient to customers. I don't like that minimum grocery purchase should be P700 just to have free parking. It strongly suggest for SM management to improve this branch even more.
