18Worst customer service. One cashier in the basket queue despite the long lines. Manager doesn’t even care. But of course, poor customer service is SM’s specialty.
Lousy employees from cashiers to supervisors to promodisers. They move real slow, keeping the queue very long. If you need to void an item, you have to wait 10mins because the supervisor is on break.
Very slow when you going to cashier only 2 cashier available for the rush know one assist this every is going like this
Complete. Found everything I needed. Free parking for first two hours for purchases of at least P500. That's nice.
Good evening. I shopped at your hypermart store just tonight but I was already home when I realized that the bagger-assistant did not/ was not able to load the groceries I had. The grocery was also closed by then. The bagger is a male, and would be easy to identify if you can check your CCTV. I wont make a fuzz out of this, but I do hope you'll return the goods tomorrow, when I will send my driver to get them. I also hope you put the perishable items back to their storage.
Not very organized as the other hypermarket. And not all the things we need to buy are there. Hope they put more stocks of their goods. Cashiers move so slow even the line are pilling up and they do no have the urgency to save time they dillydally and please have it check you card readers causing delay if one is not working but more than two are ridiculous. Just my opinion.

1.any kind of Meats not fresh at all! If you want it fresh better come with lucks but 90% I go there (almost everyday) it ain’t fresh and a bit of smell
2. The line for payment is THE WORST big cart basically have their personal lanes with is good but once no big cart and you trying to get in the lane, they won’t let you pay even though it’s available lol
I live upside of the mall, if in the morning until noon 2p.m the cashier line still ok, but after that especially after 5.pm started the cashier's line always need to queue so long
Quite wide spectrum of products (comparing to nearby markets), only very oftwn - long line to cashiers (poor management)
Can do in-store shopling. Shoppers can still get too close to each other but the management still tries to implement pandemic protocols.
Slow.omg i wish efficiency was taught for the ladies on the pos. If only management understood that supermarkets should be judged by how fast they can get the clients in/out. When you see the lady on the til taking 20 mins with one client moving as slow as they coulld you just wish to open a new supermarket here with the emphasis of speed and efficiency.
As of now, you cannot enter in the mall unless you have stay safe app that will scan the establishment qr code

Super slowly, at 7pm everyday, cashier and packing man, very slowly. Only cashier to help customers while many customers waiting in line. If I'm thier boss I will fired all of them, let's them now how to work and treasure the job
If you have other options don't ever buy here. Service is slow, food is rotten, they have mice roaming around biting into everything. What's worse is they know it and still sell the produce.
Cashiers slow and the workers don’t show you where stuff is. They just point. And you have to keep asking. They prefer laughing then helping I think. Given the size of this supermarket (big) it’s people are probably some of the worst I’ve seen in the world. Maybe a big grocery store in Peru is equally bad. I’ve been here about 7 times so far. You can’t return an item if you don’t have receipt by the way which is understandable. I would love to meet the real manager of this place see his or her face. The products are good so I keep coming back.
If you have other options where to do your groceries, go there. Don't go here. Aircon is broken like it's already time immemorial, cashiers and baggage boys are sweating not only because of the heat, but they are overworked because they are short staffed thus the super long queue (we went there around 11am so you can not say that the staff are just arriving) Meat section has thongs but the people there prefer to use their hands to put the meat in the plastic. Seems like there is mismanagement that is happening in this mall. No Airconditioning, short staffed, non hygienic. If someone can build a grocery nearby, please do, this sm hypermaket will surely collect flies. Very disappointing.
