Worst clinic ever experienced, kahit walang sakit magkaroon ka ng sakit dahil ggawaan ka nila ng gawa2 lng nila like thyroid dw lumalaki but after undergo ultrasound it's normal bye 600, then nxt sputum dw my nakitang magaling na piklat kelangan dw ipa Gene Xpert hello ppabayarin ng 85 pesos for CD ng xray, pgdating sa health center kelangan pa ipa print, what the use of CD this days 2024 na po, either email or usb ang pwd sa computer shop bago ma print, and they will say go back again so that ibbigay nila ang xray result na hard copy jusmiyo marimar, mayaman po ba kmi na pabalik2 para lng gumastos ng pamasahe plus waste of time, na pwd naman pala nila ibigay that day bakit pa CD ang binigay, nkkapanghina ang services ng clinic na to, and NOT RECOMMENDED at all!

2024 na po itigil nyo na ang BULOK NA SYSTEMA, nkka bwesit at nkkawalang gana kau, nkkasira kau sa future ng mga Applicante!

Step 1 in Assessment is quite slow, only 1 is assisting, it takes a hour waiting as early as 7am, must add more staff, Step 2 Data Capturing a bit slow. Ultrasound queue is long. For Stool and Urine Specimen cups you will pay 25 each. Psycho, Optical, Xray, Audio, Dental, ECG and Physical is quite fast. For releasing, just email them and in few hours they will response for the results. Suggest to have the results available online for realtime access and updates.

May elevated alkaline sgpt/sgot sabe nila magpa gastro clearance ako para ma cleared. Ganun din po ang hinawa ko nung 2015 na deploy ako pagkatapos magpa clearance. Pero bkt ngaun nagpa gastro clearance ako ni resetahan ako ng doctor sa manila doctors hospital ng gamot. At babalik ako Ng October 4. Pagkabalik ko ng October 4 knuhanan ako ng dugo. Within 3 hours lang may result na. Knumpara ko ang result ko nakita ko bumaba naman d nga lang nareached ang hinahanap ng sm lazo. Nung kukunin ko ang clearance sabe ng doctor ituloy ko lang ang gamot na bnigay nya which is celemarine. At nakalagay sa sa clearance ko na FIT TO DEPLOY. Nung bblik na ako sa sm lazo nagtaka ako bkt pa ako uulit kuhanan ng dugo. Wala palang silbi ung clearance na dinala ko gumastos pa ako ng 1k para lang sa clearance. Bumalik ako last week para kuhanan ng dugo mataas pa din. Oo nandun na tau namataas pero bkt pa ako nagpa gastro clearance kung wala nmn pala silbi un. At isa pagdating sa saudi minimedical din kami ulit dun wala nmn findings about elevated alkaline sgpt/sgot.pasado ako sa interview sa ibang agency pero nag back out ulit ako dahil sa trauma n baka ma elevated alkaline nanamn ako.mapupunta sa wala ung gastos.ung clearance na pnapakuha nyo 3 oras ko un inantay walang tanghalian 1k agad. 1k agad sa papel na may pirma ng doctor at binalewala nyo lang.

Sa kanila lng aku nka experience ng mga dr na ignorant sa sugat sasabhin agad kulogo.tpus kng mai concern ka sa papel mu kng ok naba. D ka sasagutn. Magnda nga ang pangaln ng medical clinic nato pru mukhang per nman.real talk lng ha. Bkit naging dr. To those who are getting an employment medical clearance, I would never recommend this clinic, as this clinic would delay your application (and even ruin up your plan to get employed) as their default system is to require their patient to come back and redo the tests until you get cleared even if one has no medical history.

My experience at their X-ray lab, they told me that two of my lung fields had suspicious density and that I had to redo the X-ray twice. I told them that I never had such a medical concern.

To alleviate my anxiety, I went to two advanced hospitals for my X-ray, (St. Luke’s and Manila Doctors) and lo and behold, both of my lungs are clear; no spots at all!

I didn’t go back to this clinic, S. M. Lazo, and would never try it again.

Assigned personel on some rooms feels like they are highblood, some are okay but mostly have angry issue. Instead of talking nicely, they yell at the patient, they don't have patience woth the patient.

This clinic makes your wallet empty. Thay had me keep on comming back for follow up even i already had my clearance from the doctor they referred to me. This clinic is customer service poor, staff are unprofessional yelling customer. Specially at the ground floor room 401.

Bakit ba galit na galit mga staff dito? Ang babastos, parang bawal na magtanong mga tao. Naintindihan ko naman na madaming questions na minsan sana na figure out na ng patient pero why do you people have to be so rude about it. Pag kayo ba yung may pagkukulang, pinapagalitan ba kayo ng patient?

Ngayon lang din ako naka-experience na yung container ng urine/stool specimen ay may extra bayad pa.

Tapos yung sa x-ray, mga 10 female sabay sabay pinapasok sa loob tapos sabay sabay pinagpapalit ng lab gown/scrub suit. So we have to remove shirt and bra along with all these people. Is this even allowed?

I also tried to call about my results and when i said the name of my agency to the operator, she immediately cut me off to transfer line without notice.

Just want to mention some good staff i encountered (1) guy at the reception, he helped me with my agency referral slip, kindly explained the forms to be filled out and even recommended the table to write my forms, (2) the lady in laboratory reception, she actually had a nice attitude towards patients and inquiries. (3) And the guy on 3rd floor lobby who proactively directed me to an available nurse when I was asking for a specific room. I'm sorry, I wasn't able to get your names.

If only this was not a specific medical clinic of my agency, i would never step foot in this clinic.

Dental services are too expensive, and dental kits were not sterilized.i saw dentist spraying alcohol only on one of the dental burs. And minamadali mga gawa dhil sa dami ng patients, kya ilang oras lng natanggal n composite filling na ginawa sakin. I would recommend to fix your teeth outside otherwise hnd kyo bbgyan ng dental clearance.pero medical maayos services nila.

So this loads of negative review been continued. Maybe because management itself doesn't care what client says. SM Lazo my gosh, kaawaan kayo, kahit Walang sakit bibigyan nyo ng sakit. Ano to pera pera lang, Wala kayong pakialam sa stress na binibigay nyo sa tao. Ano Akala nyo maraming pera mga aplikante dyan. Be considerate naman. Tanggalin nyo ang empleyado nyo sa x-ray at ibang department or better yet train your staff the right attitude.
STOP MAKING MONEY TO PEOPLE INSTEAD HELP THEM.

Went there on a Wednesday. Would have been out before lunch if I didn't have a hard time producing my stool sample.

Pros: Everyone was accommodating, and everything was streamlined and fast. Can be reached easily through the phone. Has a photocopy service on the ground floor.
Cons: Can't check online for the results. Building looks dated. Stool collection cup wasn't available. Had to buy outside. Lady who was measuring height/weight raised her voice on an applicant.

Very thankful to the passionate staff of SM Lazo Medical Clinic. I had my complete medical here and everyone I encountered were very professional. Not all wore smiles or were overtly friendly but you have to understand that these folks are here to do their jobs and not to make friends with you. A frown does not equal rudeness. Concerns may be raised directly with their personnels and they would be very happy to accommodate and adjust if necessary. I rated 4 out of 5 stars due to a lack of a mobile phone number to reach out to for concerns and their vague email response. I suggest that management provide their customer service staff a keypad phone so we don't need to make a chargeable telephone call from our mobile phones for urgent concerns. As for their email response, when sending medical results, complete the email with what steps to take next and what may have happened to lead to
a certain status, if applicable. For example, if a patient needs to retake their x-ray evaluation because of scoliosis, include this in the email and let them know that the next step is to come to the clinic. Again, thank you for the support SM Lazo clinic and team.

Kung may 0 star, 0 kayo sakin. Binibigyan nyo ng sakit ang mga pasyente nyo para magpaulit ulit ng test. Madami daw plema ang baga ko hindi nga ako inuubo. Nagpa 2nd opinion ako sa ibang clinic clear naman. The worst is nagrereseta kayo ng malakas na antibiotics kahit alam nyong gawa gawa lang naman nyo ang sakit. Yung mga kakilala kong nagpamedical na sa inyo, lahat may tama ang baga? Baka kompanya nyo ang may tama. Or mga utak ng staff nyo. Dapat sa company nyo pinapasara at mawalan ng lisensya ang doctor na nagreseta nito

It has always been systematic and has a lot of goodhearted staffs or personnels, but you just need to be patient with its facilities or accomodations like rest rooms and waiting areas due to its antiquities or oldage or maybe lack of real maintenance and limited spaces. Ultimately still very grateful to them in general. Mabuhay ang mga OFWs especially my fellow seafarers. Kudos and God bless us all.
