Went here with my dad who is a senior citizen. They have no regard for senior citizens. A lot of other senior citizens were also complaining due to long wait times.
They only have 3 customer agents for smart. Two of them were nowhere to be found. Trash service. Look for another branch if you want to save time.
Probably the slowest customer Services in Manila. 2h waiting for just buying a Sim Card. A waste of my tine
It was a quick visit. I had to change my SIM and they did that in less than 15min. Awesome! Thank u!
