First time I renewed my postpaid plan here at Mall of Asia Branch. That time I was assisted by Ms. Belle, she is very helpful and knowledgable about their products. She also help me to troubleshoot the internet settings of my mom's phone. For sure I will be back on this branch for my next renewal. Kudos to this branch!
Do not go there nothing PLDT services. And no one informed about it when I ask to staff. 2hr I wasted time.
Couldn't help me with anything. Said they just opened and told me to go to another store. Useless. Globe is opposite them. Go there.
Was there to change my number from Globe to Smart, but after experiencing their service, now I'm thinking twice.
If you will compare it to Globe Store just across theirs, you can easliy say that there are more customers in Globe but my business there was handled way faster.
Fell in line for several minutes, and when I was talking to the CS rep, she said I had to go back later that day becaue I forgot my ID. And did go back and fell in line again, this time, longer. Just to be informed that their system is not working. They can't handle my concern. Asked for a number I can call, so, if I go back, I'm sure their system is working. But they said they can't give me their number either because it too is also not working.
I know they just opened their store from the renovation. But I don't think it gives them reason to fail in customer service. This branch maybe just opened but this is not their first store. I think in years of their service they already had a blue print on how the store should be working.
Had to commend their guard though. He almost handled everything before you got into their CS. I think he's more knowledgeable than most staff there.
Waited in line for nothing. Unfriendly and rude staffs. Guard asked me too much questions about my defective pocket wifi (as if he's the one going to fix it). Waited for almost 2 hours for nothing, a staff told me that they are not full operational as of the moment and apologized that the guard wasn't informes about returns. Oh my god, so unorganize. Please do not go to this branch!
Very slow service. Don’t ever renew dito sa branch na to. Nagrenew ako ng smart signature 999 na may unli 5g, and until now (after 18 days), at nakapagbayad ka na ulit ng bill, hindi parin nila nabibigay yung unli 5g na service.
Worst Customer service experienced. Almost 2hours bago ako maassist, tapos may system error pala, nagprocess ako last march 15,2022 pa for sim replacement but until now ung simcard is not yet activated. Kinuha pa ng store representative ung alternate number ko hindi naman ako kinontak. Kakabadtrip lang
The staff are very accommodating and the service is good. I went to all Smart Stores from Bulacan to QC to Makati and this is the only store I was able to get my retention iPhone 13 Pro Max. They have a ready open allocated unit unlike other stores.
No respect for customers.mahilig magsingit ng ibang client sa payment, so walang silbi ang ticketing system for payment kung nagpapasingit sila.no presence of mind either.
Ok naman kausap yung Rep. Kaso ive waited for almost 2hrs para lang sa halos 5mins transaction.
