11Bumalik na ako last week kasi nga may coding sila. Pagpunta ko ng lunes, offline naman. Nagtiyaga pa din ako 10: 30 yata nagtawag na. Ang masakit dyan lunch break nila walang naiwan para accommodate yung mga nagtitiyagang pumila. Gutom mga taong naghihintay kayo kumakain. Bakit kasi nagsabay sabay kayo. Pwede naman kahit mabagal basta tuloy tuloy. May mga trabaho kami kailangan pa mag absent para maasikaso mga kailangang papeles. Bulok ng sistema nyo. Pahirap kayo sa mga pilipino.
Slow service and even the guards is not approachable. It was goverment it should have more emoloyee. For just updating my contact information it takes a lot of hours. Two counters lang available and may pa NO NOON BREAK pa kayo pero walang kapalitan workers nyo for lunch! Sobrang nakakasayang ng oras and we have also works na nag aantay samin and also mga workers nyo mga maldita jusko, please be better service naman SSS Guadalupe branch.

Pinaka pangit na SSS branch. Lalo na yung sa counter 3 na babae na around 40s-50s ang age na parang walang alam. Mag aapply lang naman ako ng UMID ID tapos may RIA pang hinihingi at sinasabing kausapin ko previous employers ko kahit na nakalagay naman sa system ang contribution ko! May void void pang nalalaman, mavovoid daw yung account ko. Ano yun? Bakit minagic ko lang ba yung mga contribution ko doon?
• BETTER TO GO TO SSS CUBAO (much larger branch and better capacity) Quick transaction. Less than an hour. Just photocopy everything and don't mind the security guards' loud voices and at times discourteousness.
• WEEKDAY NUMBER CODING NOT FOLLOWED. Only 30 slots are reserved for those scheduled for that day. Walk-in and just be early to get a slot.
(HINDI SINUSUNOD ANG SSS NUMBER CODING. May 30 lamang na slots na reserved para sa mga naka-schedule sa araw na iyon. Mabuting pumunta na lamang nang maaga upang makakuha ng slot.)
• Be at the branch by 7: 00 a.m. Or 7: 30 a.m. To be assured a slot/number

• Entrance is via elevator, nearby MRT-3 Guadalupe Station. It is beside the Super8 supermarket entrance.
(Kailangan sumakay ng elevator papuntang SSS. Matatagpuan ang elevator malapit sa MRT-3 Guadalupe Station katabi ng Super8 supermarket entrance.)
• Ran out of slots by 8: 45 a.m. They will ask you to leave after they reached the quota
(8: 45 ng umaga ay ubos na ang mga slot. Hindi na pwedeng pumila. Papauwiin na kayo.)
Sobrang bagal mag process, hindi sumasagot ng tawag at hindi nag rereply sa text. Useless ang landline dahil hindi rin sumasagot.
If you come here early (8AM) enter the building on the entrance near the MRT station.
The guard at the elevator will ask you to login first. SSS is on the third floor. While PagIBIG is on the second.
The office is well lit. Air conditioning system is working fine. The queuing is steady, not fast but efficient. No photos inside, though. Follow the “No Photography” rule.
I was just a little frustrated that I came all the way here and they’ll just simply advise me to check my profile online. Maybe they could provide a kiosk were members can access and print SSS forms.
Got there at 11 am and its already cut-off for UMID application. I asked for application form, i filled it up nung natapos na ko (aprrox. 4-5 mins) went back to the lady at the reception/information at sabi ni ate "may number na po ba kayo? Hindi na po kasi kayo maprocess today kasi till 5 pm lang po kami, isang counter lang open kasi absent po yung isa, at may activity po kami mamaya.
Ok na sana kung may absent for the day lang, but i read some more reviews commenting the same: (

Worst service ever! We came there last minute seems they are all busy kasi pauwi na sila and don't have time to assist. There are so few customers. Pinapila ako sa counter 2 as priority and ksama ko husband ko. The guy then said I should not supposed to have my queue there 'cause they only assist personal transaction. We supposed to lined up with regulars daw. Dahil regular yung may kailangan. Ako lng ang priority. But the way he told me pabalang tlga and he didn't told me straight, he said it in the way na parang wla akong alam. He said it like "sino po ba? Para knino po ba to. Personal transactions lng po dito, kung di po sya priority hnd dto" paulit2x na sabi nya. I told him ituro mo nlng kmi kun saan dpat hnd yung paliko2x na at saka dto kmi binigyan ng number ng information. Saka di ko po alam na hnd na dapat kmi priority since husband ko na ang may transaction at tapos na yung sa akin. Nag outburst ako to think na ganyan sila mag treat ng tao. I told him he should not treat customers like that. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE LALO NA SA GUY SA COUNTER2 WHICH I'VE ENCOUNTERED EARLIER.
Went there to file my UMID ID. Kailangan maaga ka. 8 am bukas na sila. May elevator malapit sa super 8, Baba kang ground floor. May susulatan kang monitoring log book sa guard then akyat kang fire exit 2nd floor PAG -IBIG. 3rd floor SSS. Mas madali kung mag print out ka ng form a head of time. Download thru internet para bigyan ka nalang nila ng number. Kailangan may 2 valid ids ka. Then antayin mo tawagin number mo. Pag oks na. For picture na. Then antayin mo nalang ideliver yung id mo sa bahay nyo. 2-3 weeks processing ata? Went there around 8: 45 natapos ako 9: 50ish?
Hindi po maayos ang sistema niyo.
Napakabagal po ng serbisyo niyo.
Ang daming nakapila pero iisa lang ang cashier sa teller? Ang pagbibigay ng number ay magulo walang nag momonitor. Dapat po sa receiving nagbibigay na kau ng number. Eto lang yung SSS branch na kupad ang emplayedo.
