Masungit ang guard at sa information nila first time ko mag inquire para mag tanong at mag pasa ng documents. Dapat mainahon dapat sagot at tanung nila sa tao. Sana sa susunod maganda naman pakitungo nila.

Satisfied with their service.clean office and polite employees.hindi lang sila pala smile maybe stress din sa work.but all in all happy sa service nila.

I went there and wasnt able to finished my transaction as it is still on coding system, I thought its not anymore as i read one of the reviews here that there’s no more coding system. The guard isnt accommodating at all.

Bakit po walang sumasagot sa landline nyo?
Tamad po kayo lahat dyan n isa sa inyo walang naka pick up ng tel.to answer a call.
SAYANG PASAHOD SA INYO NG GOVERNMENT phil. Gov.wasting money for employees like you. They are investing money for nothing.

I visited this SSS branch twice and they allowed transactions for all (no number coding). Those at the Reception were very helpful especially Ms. Celis, who was very knowledgeable and patient with me. There are many counters but not all of them were manned. The SSS staff member at the Public Assistance counter answered my questions but did not make eye contact at all. At the Payment section, they have 4 counters but only 1 was manned so clients had to wait for a long time. Overall, good experience.

Hi po.matanong lang po kung ok naba ID SsS ko, para po pupunta po ako at mgpaalam sa work kopo.ng pa ID ako last year 2022 po. 2023 napo ngayon.sana po mapansin

One of your employee name Mary Jane was very rude to my mom and unwilling to help. I want her fired you don’t deserve to be in that position when your attitude is very unprofessional you don’t even have the patience wherein most of your customers are senior citizens.

Oo nga po, dapat may isang naka toka sa telephone para sumagot pls. Sana naman. Sa telephone di maka kontak pero sa personal naman maasikaso sila. Danas ko sa kanila yan pag nakita ka n nakatayo at parang nag aalangan ka may lalapit na to assist

Hindi daw priority sakanila ang buntis. Ang arogante ng nakausap kong guard. Naintindihan ko naman na may number coding scheme and saka ko lang nalaman na may ganun pala nung andun na ako, so okay na sana yun. But the way makipag usap yung guard napakawalang consideration, I even asked for requirements or forms kung pwede para pag balik ko filled up na. Ang sabi lang saakin “pagbalik mo nalang sa araw ng number mo”. Sana next time turoan niyo mga guards niyo maging helpful man lang.bigay ng options.

I had a wonderful experience with two of your staff namely: Ms. JEVELYN SUENO who was very helpful in opening up my SSS online account which I had a hard time doing it myself. I tried to do it by myself before but by next day the application already expired though it said to expire in 5 days! She was so approachable and really helpful!

Next employee is Ms. BIANCA ALLEN RIEZA who guided me step by step to enroll my condoned/ consolidated loan payment as my previous online application did not push thru. Because of her valuable assistance, I was able to pay my condoned loan amount principal + interest in due time. She also asked Ms. SUENO to help me with my retirement benefits claim. Because of that, I was able to enroll my benefits claim online easily a day after.

Kudos to SSS Makati Square Office for your dedicated employees who are always ready to assist SSS members the best possible way!

This place is okay to do your transaction however this is not a PWD and Senior Citizen friendly. People go personally to the office because the online transaction is not well and when I arrived they need to make sure that people must do online on their own before we can get the quick card. I hope they must have their own computer Infront and they must assist the people on their own to check it because not all have data. And they must have a separate lane for Senior or PWD wether it is a quick card transaction only.

I came to update my online account bec suddenly I couldn't open my acct. Few number of members on the site bec of the agency's rule based that member will be accommodate based on the on the last digit is of your CRN. Guards and the woman who is giving number is not accommodating on guests question especially for a elders who's having hard time to understand the new policy that all are based on online. Maybe better to assigned younger staff who have a patience to eplain things for the members. Officer on the E-services section counter 9 is very kind and willing to explain things.

Hi good afternoon sir and mam. I just want to ask. Gaano po ba kayo katagal mgprocess ng sss sickness because based on my experience now umabot na sia ng mg 2 months na sia ngayong nov. 16 sept. 16 nyo pa po nareceived ang papers ko then binalik nyo sa company nmin because walang attachment for the rapid test pero approved na yung papers ko. Attachment nalang hinihintay nyo.pinasa ko po ang rapid test result ko mg 2 weeks na po.until now wala pa po bang update? Sorry but is this your very easy way na ba. Kasi sobramg tagal. Grabe.

Nag apply ako ng UMID card last November 4,2019 sa Makati Cinema Square. A month after the application, every week na ako pumupunta sa branch para magfollow dahil required to sa Israel application ko pero lagi lang sinasabi na tatawagan nalang kapag nagawa na pero hanggang sa naubos n lng ang binigay na chance sa akin ng poea para makuha ang umid ko at wala padin talaga. Hanggang sa inabot na ng lockdown kung kaya nastop ang pagfofollow up ko. Pero November 11,2020, bumalik ulit ako sa branch na inapplyan ko ng UMID para magfollow up ulit pero hindi padin talaga tapos, ang sabi ay nasa CVS pa kung kaya wala silang magawa daw. Di ko alam kung gaano ba talaga katagal gawin ang ID na to?

When you experience this branch, you can’t believe your in ph because it’s so fast. E service with polite employee who take time to explain and then only 3/4 numbers ahead you. Located in the mall 2nd floor

This is where the former Ayala-Makati branch have transferred. The office is situated inside the mall which is quite big and fully airconditioned. I like that you will be entertained by a lady at the entrance and ask what your purpose is. Transactions are separated by window number and you will be given a stub with details on it. As expected from a government office, you’ll be dealing with long lines as they are always understaffed. Parking is available through Makati Cinema Square.

Mabilis ung services nila. But my concern is ang hirap laging tawagan sa contact number na nakalagay. Sana bigyan din nila ng time na masagot ung phone para sa mga taong gustong mag inquire or mag ask ng questions.
