Solaris One Building

I think one of the cheapest parking rates in Makati. Though slots are limited. They only offer the entire second floor for paid parking - go early as they get full quite fast. At around 7: 30 am, they're more often than not, full.

Mondays, they get filled later than usual so thats a tip.

The slots are easy and the ventilation is great. There are a lot of natural lights since it is an above ground parking.

This building hosts Shell Shared Business Centre serviced throughout USA to partially Asia-Pacific

Its my easy way going to the office but before that the clusters of Restos, convenient stores, atms are some of the shops you will see there.

If the Purge really existed and you had to run really fast from harm's way, and you are in this building, consider you're read. 6 elevators, only 1 will open at a time. They set it that way to save electricity. They are also very slow. Hitting 'close' button wouldn't help so stop.

Well kept, efficient security. Parking is cheaper compared to other buildings and malls in Makati but you need to be early since they have very limited slots.

7 eleven, army navy and some rare restaurants located on the fround floor and some more at the mezzanine.

This is a nice building and a good office address well within the Makati CBD. Street parking is the usual available option. It's hard to get hungry in this building as there are a number of good restaurants and convenience stores well within a 7 minute walk. Let's not forget the jolly jeeps which are aplenty in this area.
Also, the building is very accessible as the elevated walk way spanning Dela Rosa street has been recently opened beside it.

Building security is great, a lot of food option and place is decently clean.

There are a number of offices in this building and if you have a scheduled interview at this place bring an ID because you'll need to show this to the front desk.

The lobby has a sitting area asthetically pleasing and has a busy husstling aura to it because of people going to work. It is airconditioned and has food place when you go up the escelator where they serve chicken pop which I highly recommend you try. There's a 7/11 accross the building and the side of building.

You have an array of restaurants that have decent food. If you're the type of person who likes to be on a budget I recommend you trying the Jollijeeps decently clean and affordable meals just accross the building.

There are parking spaces inside the building (parking fee applied) and there are no public transportation that directly stops in front of the building. I reccomend taking a grab or an uber if it's your first time.

Ayala train station is closest in this area, I'm not very good at giving directions but I do recommend asking someone who knows where you're coming from if you wanna choose to commute via jeepney or train.

Not so busy office area as it faces Dela Rosa street. You can park your car on the street with payment of course from 7am to 5pm and a given 3 hour max.

Aside from food chains inside this business building there is also a clean restroom anyone can use.

Good public parking space. Closed on weekends and holidays.

Could use tighter monitoring for special needs parking.
