A business place located in Cubao, Quezon City. Happen to drive for my boss to see an OB and have an ultrasound, it also has a grocery, fitness and wellness center:)

Classy Corporate Building in Cubao Quezon City. Only people with an eye for architectural design will appreciate this magnificent building. Cubao is one of the top-notch locations in QC for individuals who bask working in a firm, middle-class shopping mall and exquisite dining in a safeguarded community.
Covid 19 health protocol is observed in this establishment. The management follows strict security regulations. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The downside is their parking apertures are insufficient and guests have to park at the nearby parking area and walk several meters away from the said bldg.

The worst place to ever visit in cubao sobrang aarte ng mga guard kahit dyan ka na mismo sa building nila nag work kala mo kay ganda ganda ng lugar.

I work at this place, daylight ambiance is great however it became doll since the store nearby closes earlier.

Before construction of the current commercial building, Spark Place was once a stand-alone restaurant of KFC P. Tuazon Blvd. The back portion of the building was once included in the Roosevelt College-Cubao Campus.

As of writing, Spark now houses PAG-IBIG Office (Cubao Branch), Concentrix Cubao, a Gym, Coffee Stores, Fastfood Restaurants, and Robinson's Supermarket.

I went there to drop my pag ibig loan application. However I do not have a loyalty cash card to just drop the loan application. So I needed to get one, I came in like around 7: 30 am and my number is at 76, the line was long already. (So just a tip, go to pag ibig very early). Then at 9 am, there guard announced that they went offline, system glitch, and u can either wait or go back around lunch which is what I did or go back tom, there was no definite time when it will resume. But I came back around lunch time and the line was cut short a lot of the others who came in just went home, maybe they still have work. So I was able to get my loyalty card that day too. The mall has its parking lot which is very good for the ones who has a ride, which cost 50.00 for 5 hours then u have to pay for the succeeding hours.

When you go to Spark place Cubao for an Appointment to Pag-Ibig Fund Branch make sure you have to bring your baon (snacks) It is because before they process your transactions you have to fall in line with the verrrrry long time to wait from 9am finish at afternoon 3pm because many people need to process their stuff to every single day at Office Hour). They have only few staff and there are many people processing their loan and payments etc. What a wonderfull life diba? Sabay-sabay pa. Anyway, I like at spark place very safe and clean place too!)

Maganda ambiance, maayos ang security. Sumusunod sa social distancing. PAG-IBIG office sadya ko dito lagi.

May infinitea here, maliit lng ung store pero cozy and relaxing ung ambience
Meron din event place sa 5th floor.

Insurance, massage parlor, super market, gym, dental clinic, Pagibig office, convenience store, Chowking, Jollibee, Greenwich, a little bit of parking lot this building is very sufficient.

Sparks place is a combination of a business and a recreational avenue. Its' best approach is for people who goes there to fulfill there work and business purposes. At the same height of this idea is also to serve the same people going there to see great choices of other fun things to do like its' great facilities be it the gym, grocery shops, restaurants, health clinics, governtment offices and its' well known gaming districts. I highly recommend this place.

Sana may clothes store inside din. Lalo na't may call center office there may times na di makauwi due to unexpected circumstances.

A beautifully lit place by our neighborhood which hosts some common fastfood chains, shops, offices, gym, salon, supermarket, etc.

This building occupied by BPOs, Government Pag Ibig Office. There are other establishment and stores inside the building such as fast food chains, convenience store, mostly are private company offices.

Mall with department store, grocery, various shops and eateries plus a government office in addition to a few call centers

I go there for groceries, haircuts, massages and food. Would be nice to add ATMs like BPI. Guards are polite. Thank you.
