Slow to process and too expensive than Costco. Business membership has too many requirements.

A bit uncomfortable. No exclusive motorcycle parking for members which is too narrow. Ambiance inside the store is uncomfortable. But as usual, the products are cheap and fresh. And I think it's about time some renovation and new set of carts.

S&R a great place to shop for the things you need. Some good sales, plenty of choices, and good name products. This Sunday was quite busy, especially the food court. I've been a member for a few years now, and I will keep my membership for years to come. Sign up, give it a try, I think you will like the shopping experience.

Bigger than s&r circuit with more fresh produce options and product variety but curiously some items found in s&r circuit are not available here

This store is comparable to the Sam's Club in the US.fairly large box store with okay selection. On 1st impression the prices aren't significantly different from shopping at Rustan's. But here you pay a membership fee for the privilege to shop. Personally I wasn't that impressed, and given the chance would not have purchased a membership but would preferred to have gone occasionally with another member as a guest. Items we hoped to buy in bulk for lower prices were not available here either, such as non-salted, non roasted nuts. Or fresh blueberries at more reasonable prices.we were disappointed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love shopping here because they have a large selection of international food at a great price, ig is a membership shopping center but it is well worth it.

I commend that items are being check before going out because what if the item is sold by twos and the cashier missed to identify it. So for me good control.

They limit 2 people per cart.but when i saw a VIP came in with drivers, in total of 6 to 8 people came with 1 snr card.this is unfair to all.make your policy applies to all.

Nice parking and friendly guard more space parking @ second level also have PWD. Designated area and most importantly is free parking absolutely no payment.highly recommend s&r

One of my criteria in a pizza is the way the ingredients melt in the dough and the S&R nailed it! Cheese pizza in the mouth is a remarkable feeling, finished my pizza in less than 10 mins.that's how delightful it is.

I buy very often their pre packaged chicken from Bounty. Better quality than other places. Their plastic containers are reusable for many other purposes.thanks S&R for an excellent quality control on your fresh produce!

They are thiefs they stole me 5k Saying my credit card is not working and then i saw the charge, y paid twice cash and card.

This store offers imported goods at good pricing. Others couldn't beat their warehouse style shopping experience! Pizza was great too

They just sell the product for your whole family only. Its cheap if you buy alot but just only you i think you should to buy in sm or another mall. Anyway the food over there fresh, high quality and safety if comparr with others mall:)

Customer service ok. Parking area slot is only few at the ground floor. Getting official receipt takes time due to lack of manpower.

Good place to shop especially during special occassions where you can enjoy the good value of money. Discounts are really low.

We always shop here during March and September 3-day sale. Of course you will expect long lines of people and crowded sections of the warehouse. The staffs are working hard to make sure customers are organized on their way to the counter/cashier. We did not encountered trouble while waiting for the parking space. The food are very good and I also enjoyed the bottomless soda.

You will find everything you need under one roof; low priced goods; Comfortably cool Efficient and polite personel

I know that the management have set entrance and exit points to make the process in order. But when after i paid my groceries, and i requested for an O. R, yet they want me to take the entrance and fall in line again? I'm sure there is a better way to give your customers' utmost customer care.
