5Unresponsive and unhelpful hotline. What's the use of all your listed contact numbers when you can't even be bothered to answer the phone? Tried calling the SSS Customer Service hotlines and all lines are busy, that's when I tried to contact this branch directly and I have contacted all the listed numbers of this branch and nobody is picking up my calls.
Eto na yata yung pinakamahirap i-contact na branch ng SSS, the fact that it is situated in Makati. In landline, e-mail or even mobile number no one is answering. Sa dami ng employees nyo no one cares to answer, very poor public service.
Ang bilis lang ng pila. 9 am ako dumating correction of name lang sana ang gagawin ko pero wala pang 10 mins naprocess na yun request ko kaya deretsyo na ako mag apply ng UMID. Sobrang responsive at accomodating ng staff. Di ako nag sisisi na dito ako nag process kesa sa cavite
Never visit this SSS branch! They will always tell you na offline sila and that they cannot process your application. When you ask them, how will we know when they are online, they will just answer you "hindi po namin alam". Worst SSS employees are working in Rufino branch!
Picking up my UMID was very quick and easy! If you fail to receive it via snail mail, they'll send it back to the branch where you had your photo taken. The air-conditioning in there was pretty good too! If possible, avoid peak hours.
