Starbucks Reserve

I love it that they are 24hours open. It is also spacious and with great ambiance. Definitely a great place to enjoy a cup of cappuccino while reading my fave novel books.

I came in past 9am, so it was not crowded, the place gets crowded on peak hours. This Starbucks is located on the ground floor of a residential condominium. I ordered americano, beef pandesal and sausage roll for take out. I had a good experience with their service, the Coffee was good, also the pastries. The place was also clean. Parking can be a problem on peak hours, since it's a pay parking on the streets only for this branch, they don't have their own parking space. Save 10.00 pesos if you bring your own reusable tumbler for drinks.

They made some mistakes with my drink one time and they were very willing to change it, no questions asked.

This Reserve branch is okay. If this gets full, there is another regular Starbucks branch adjacent to its location.

This Reserve is back to 24/7 operations. I see a lot of students flocking the shop for late night reviews. So of you won't be able to find a seat where you may need to plug your laptop on, bring an extension cord! Hehe.

Good coffee and ambiance, love the high ceiling and variety of choice in the coffee department. The seats however are just enough I'd say for a Wednesday evening, plus there's an apparent shortage of outlets to plug in your laptops, so better come here fully charged. For bikers on the other hand, the bicycle racks are a bit far, maybe a 5 minute walk away.

Love the wall of coffee beans and well-designed interiors. There's also outdoor al-fresco seating for those who'd prefer an open-air dining experience.

Power outlets and good ambiance. The place can get crowded fast.

I wish they are 24/7 during weekends as well, not just weekdays.

This place is the only 24-hour Starbucks branch around the Makati business district and I must say that I wish I discovered this place sooner. Same old Starbucks drink quality and I'm surprised to see that they have a plethora of food choices even in the wee hours of the morning. I'll be going here frequently for my late-night, early-morning cravings!

Standard SB Reserve. Good for just chilling and recharging. Most seats have outlets if you look hard enough and don't come during peak hours

Might as well be a normal Starbucks instead of a Reserve. No wifi, no outlets and the seats are old. If you want to use the bathroom, you have to order first so you can have a code to use to enter the bathroom. This place was one of my go-to places for coffee but the quality is simply deteriorating.

Very dissapointing customer service. You will not feel welcome at all. Culture of warmth and belonging where everyone is welcome? Hmmm. Baka iba standard ng store na to compared to the other branches we've been to.

24/7 WiFi. Less people for freelancers to hang-out and work at peace. Arguably the best branch to date.

One of the original reserve store its tight space so i don't recommend dining at peak hours but its chill in the morning and in the evening. I wish they update their reserve menu and brewing options.

My puppy and I drop by this place maybe 4 times a week. They take my order at the entrance as pets are not allowed to enter the shop but always provide water for my puppy while we are waiting outside. Great service and friendly staff. Thank you so much!

The SB app was having issues so we couldnt pay for our drink. The mgr told us to try again later but it did not work. We decided to just cancel our order but they already made our drink. The mgr on duty still offered it to us for free even if we declined. She said it was for the inconvenience. We appreciate the nice gesture and the least we could give back is this 5-star review. Thanks again! Btw, the coffee was perfect as well.

It's a nice Starbuck and bigger size than the one opposite the street. Toilet is free but you have to have a code from your receipt to use it.

It will be very crowded at lunch time as there are many offices around. Staffs are very friendly and they try to remember my name whenever I go in.

Sometimes I got vendors on the street to go inside and ask for donations. I told the manager once and she explained there was no security staff, just CTV only. But they will try to handle it.

PS: The corner of Rufino and Valero is known as a pickpocket corner. Many people stay at a group and distract the victims attention. Hope they don't come to stay at this Starbuck and the staffs there should be more alert about this.
