16Building is old but can still accommodate office rentals well.also accessible to nearby malls, fast food chains and convenience store.
I was so impressed when we entered the hotel. They check your vaccine card. Parking available. Elevator to the 44th floor. When they showed us to the table I was blown away by the fantastic view! I was very excited to eat here but then it turned to disappointment. We purposely went there to eat the Peking duck. When they showed it to us it looked a little dark. It seemed to be reheated. The skin was not crispy at all. Service was not what you expected of a hotel of that caliber. Had to ask for water so many times. Serving the glass with the fingers wrapped around the lips of the glass ugh! No class at all. Very harried but there were only 3 tables. Prices were ridiculously exaggerated. P300 for 5pcs of extra pancake. The turnip cake was tasteless except for spicyness. P800 for spinach that was so tough I needed to floss. I would not recommend this place. What a disappointment and waste of money.
Their elavator is a bit confusing for a first timer but the security guards will guide you to it and very accomodating
A place that look like your are in other countries, this place have alot ot food trip possible time 1pm every week end and lots of activities and rides
They have a unique elevator. You need to input number which floor you are going before entering to the elevator. After that, letter will pop up on which particular door of the elevator you should go.
If you're visiting the building, you'll be confused on the elevator. There's a separate elevator for the second up to the 12th floor and from 13th floor up to the 21st floor.
One of the oldest commercial building in Ortigas. Nearest landmark is Post office (Side) and Ortigas Park (Front). There are Jollibee, Dunkin Donut, Pan De Manila, Yellow Cab and Army Navy at the ground floor.
Nice building, advance or not usually the elevator system I see on other building. To elaborate more, you need to input your floor on a panel besides the elevators, then it will say to tou which number of elevator you will take to reach that floor, don't worry there is only 2 panels to put your floor so whichever you want to use, then there is only 4 elevators here. So that's the only plus for me Hehe
Pretty dated building. Their elevators have these remote type things were you input your floor and directs you to which elevator to go to. It's the home of several radio stations also, from what I believe. The area is not well ventilated (lobby, hallways)
No smoking is allowed inside the building or around the building. Unique elevator because you have to press the designated flr before enterinng the elevator.
A 24 storey building. Occupants mainly are private offices and their is also a school for korean children.
One of the First Buildings Along F. Ortigas Road, Pasig, Metro Manila. State of the Art Passenger Elevators Ahead of its Time.
I have fond memories of entering this building to go to NU107 station, meet the DJs & claim my prizes that I won from the contests. Great times!
One of the oldest buildings in the Ortigas Business District. Updated elevators but still old building walls. Very busy place with all sorts of people. Parking is very difficult and will take up a lot of your time.
Looking for fast loan and low interest rate? Just visit strata 2000 and look for SACC at 5th floor. For your 1 day loan process.
It is right next to a postal office and police station, the food court is nice with some bang for the buck food
