I visited others but Switch Service (Glorietta) is by far the best. Throughout my stay, they have maintained courtesy and respect and for that they have established a positive atmosphere consistently.
I highly recommend everyone to visit their store. Everyone is accommodating from the staff up to the store manager. To say I am immensely impressed is an understatement.

Poor quality of service the staffs are very incompetent. We had our iphone serviced for them for baterry replacement sept 1 2023 and said to finish the job for 1-4hrs during the same day we came back and they but they said that apple had a system problem thats why we cannot repair you unit. Every day i called them for update and the same drama. Until sept 5 i came to call apple customer service abroad and told them about my problem and said that alple dont have such problem fromthe system. I called back switch and complain about it. And only then they i pologized again for their incompetence. They admit that apple is not the proble and giving another drama to cover -up their incompetence. Such a stupid staffs working in this store. Very disaapointing.

Worst service center. Bad customer service, bad communication. Apparently they had already fixed my phone for 3 weeks, received no emails, no calls, no messages. The staff were also very rude.

My phone was stuck on a white screen after updating to IOS 16. They advised me to get the screen replaced since the recovery mode procedure can’t fix it anymore. Thankfully, they had a screen in stock for the replacement. They were able to fix my phone in about 3 hours. Thank you to Cham for assisting me with my concerns as well as Clark, the tech who fixed my phone!
If ever you’re experiencing the same issue, I hope this review can serve as your reference that the diagnosis and screen replacement can be done within the day. Thanks to this service center!
I would highly recommend Switch Service Center Glorietta for apple services. They are very accommodating and attentive to my queries. My iphone’s problem was fixed quickly. Special thanks to Ms. Jenny for assisting me and coordinating my request with their technicians.
Had a really pleasant experience in bringing in my unit due to display issues. They did diagnostics within schedule, and easily replaced the damaged part within just a few days. Kudos as well to sir Mark for the service. Thank you to the Switch Glorietta team.
I had my appointment for battery replacement on July 17,2022. But then I was unable to login to my Apple ID due to some verification issues ️. Thank you so much for the staffs that helped me to book a grab home so I can set up everything back at home. They are so professional while providing services and go for an extra miles aside of that.
This branch has attentive and accommodating staff. They also advise/contact client regarding the condition of the device and if it's serviceable. They also notified me via call/email that my device has been fixed amd ready for pick up. I am pleased with the service, however, the only issue I have would be the waiting time. I hope they lessen or eliminate backlogs so that the client can get the device on the same day (for example, in issues as simple as phone battery replacement).
Luckily I have a spare phone to use and I have time to come back.
I will still recommend this Apple service center for its accessibility, and good customer service.

The staff are accommodating and the service is excellent. I went to them for battery replacement and I got my iPhone within the day.
I have setted my appointment thru their Facebook Page (Switch At Your Serice) for the same day, June 16 for my Apple Watch SE that doesn’t power on. In their branch, I was assisted accordingly by Ms. Rose, she checked my watch and try to charge it to their magnetic charger and voila! It already works, the only problem at first is my watch is drain and my charger is not functional. Kinda embarrassing for me as it is only a simple problem, but all of the problem should be assisted whether big or small. The staffs here were very accommodating and friendly. Also, I was able to fully charge my Apple Watch to them before I leave their premises. Thank you, Switch Service Glorietta! Here’s my 5000 star, you deserve it!
Brought my iPhone for a check up after smoke came out of the charging port, Clark and Team came to the rescue and turns out it was dirt caught between the pins that caused it while I was charging:) thank you guys! Great service!
