The personnel on duty had been very helpful to us. Bea explained pament terms thoroughly and was patient with our questions and concerns. Irish was generous to help with the unboxing and repacking of the item.

Traded in my se 2020, because of a black spec claiming its a dent or scratch on the phone it knock off 600 php on my trade in value. I checked youtube videos about scratch test and the aluminum frame don't give out black scratches for me its just the paint of the case sticking to the frame. I'm a understanding person so im letting this slide but what made me angry again was the staff assisting me removed the protection film of my new phone without asking me, We can setup the new phone even with the film on! I dont understand why the staff just ripped it off and started pressing on the screen without a screen protector yet ip glass are prone to hairline scratches. After a couple of years im trading this very phone again once the battery lowers. Hope the staff wont swindle me again.

The staffs at this branch doesn't know how to respect people. They discriminates people's capacity to pay. Namimili ng customer na pakikisamahan. It is normal for a people to ask about details ng bagay na bibilin nya. Trabaho niyong mag bigay ng detalye. Tamad na tamad mag trabaho. So disappointed!

Was looking for bluetooth speakers with mic / i can use for calls. The staff (they're more than 4 ppl and the store doesnt have customers) said they only have speakers that cant be used for calls. After looking around i found to possible products for this purpose. One of them is a JBL speaker. When I was inquiring abt the features. They began researching on how to work it. Nangangapa. They dont know what they have and the features of their products. Leaving now and bought nothing. They dont know what they're selling.

I came in to the store and all the staff were just talking with each other and no one bothered to assist me for more than 10 minutes. That’s a very horrendous customer service. People needs to be trained in this Switch UP town branch. What a joke.
