I made an appointment for 11: 00 am, Friday. I received the Sofwave that only lasted for 30-45 minutes. I didn’t get done until almost 5: 00 pm. Between those times, I happened to not have any pesos so I went to BPI to cash some dollars. I was inside the bank for at least 40 minutes. I came back at 1: 00 pm and the help left me in the room and said that the doctor is coming. She didn’t come into my room until 4: 00 pm. The procedure was fabulous, the two doctors that was there, were both wonderful. My main question is why did I have to wait for at least 4 hours and so, when I made a reservation ahead of time? Is this normal for Aivee Clinic? I cancelled my second appointment reason why is that one of the attendants that were assisting put her hand on my forehead and pinned it down. I see no good reason for her in doing so instead she could have ask me to not move my head during the procedure. Her dropping something on the floor and cursing in front of me was very much unprofessional for a well known dermatology clinic in the country. This perhaps is my experience in your clinic. I may not be an actress no need for a red carpet, but hey, I paid exactly the same amount those actresses paid a hundred thousand pesos is not a joke to be ignored.

I remember na every 2 weeks need ko magpafacial dahil sa acne then nagpupunta ako nasa slippers lang then titignan nila yung looks mo na akala wala kang pambayad pero tamad lang ako mag ayos kasi sobrang near lang naman mg house ko. Then, last na visit ko parang may galit yung staff yung ginamit sa facial napupunta na eyes ko. But not all ng staff tulad niya, like yung first ko pati nagcoconsult ng doctor sa akin mabait before.

Had liposuction both on my arms & abdominal area done, I Lived here abroad but My surgeon from Aivee were updated via videocall from time to time about my issues & concerns, they did also the procedure to tighten the arms but ZERO result as in my arms are still so saggy, So he agree to re do the procedure again that’s why after 10 months I flew back again to manila, But after the second procedure still looks likes nothing changed I can’t believed it what’s going On? The surgeon even tell me before the 2nd procedure that I gained weight, what the hell? They have records of my weight & I have also a weighing scale at home so what’s a good excuse to blame me back about the poor result of his work I spent almost half a million of pesos for this jerk clinic, this is all about popularity etc.etc but POOR WORK RESULT I dont recommend them at all, it’s a waste of money

Made an appointment via phone. Once I arrived at the location, they informed me that I needed a covid test before my facial treatment. Wasted time going there for something they could have informed me over the phone

and welcome was very good and professional. They are very friendly and accomodating considering i am late. The Aivee Institute was really
elegant and luxurious in terms of look. It feels like you are on 5 star hotel rather than a regular clinic atmosphere. As for the results
of my treatment, well i can say that it meets beyond my expectation and after the treatment you can see the instant results. Can't wait for my next visit!

The clinic really had that luxurious vibe. I tried one of their facials and the result was good. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. Overall I had a very relaxing time at Aivee Clinic.

I've been following Aivee Clinic for a long time now and I've always wanted to try their Aerolase Neo Skin treatment. I've had some dark spots on my face and neck, plus some pimple marks that I've always had for years and I really want them gone. My skin was really dry as well.

I had the chance to visit my friend in Manila last May 2019 (good thing I was able to go just before the pandemic started), I'm from Davao by the way, so i took the chance to schedule an appointment with Aivee Clinic. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the place was really luxurious just as what I've seen and read from the reviews. It was like a dream come true.

I've been reading a lot about the Aerolase Neo Skin treatment and asked the staff if it's something that would fit my skin condition. As expected, they tell you what you need about the treatment, the process and the expected results. As for the result, I was so happy i got to try it.the procedure was really comfortable, although at first I got scared because it uses laser, but guess what, it was painless.there was a little redness after but it was all fine. I've got all my money's worth because the result was amazing.my spots and acne marks got lighter instantly, and my face felt so fresh and rejuvenated. Will definitely go back when i get the chance and of course, when it's safe again to travel.i hope they'll have a clinic in Davao soon.

The Aivee Clinic provides a very nice experience to its clients. No wonder there are a lot of celebrities enjoying and praising their services and results as well. The staffs are very accommodating and they have a lot treatments they can offer depending on their customer needs. Definitely will become one of their loyal clients from now on.

Ang ganda ng clinic nila grabeh, pag pasok ko palang, completo gamit nila for screening.mababait pa mga nag assist sa akin, pati si Dr. Aivee ang bait din, feeling ko tuloy celebrity narin ako. Pa balik2x na ako dito. Thank you Dr. Aivee.

Expect to be treated like #%*& if you're an ordinary person. First off, I was "informed" right away that facials in this clinic is minimum of 3k. Well, I said I'm willing to avail of it but first I needed to speak to the dermatologist. And then when the dermatologist came to see me, she seemed to be so much inappropriate hurry and didn't even explain what the laser treatment that she recommended was for and what to expect and other information and seemed like i had to pull it out of her. Not worth my time and money, so I left without any treatment.

_Basic facial isn't that effective.
_Waiting time will be forever.
_Overpriced services.

If you are celebrity yes you get a better service if not forget about it! Go somewhere else. Trust me.

Had a relaxing day yesterday at The A Institute. The staff are very warm and attentive. I love their complimentary Ice Cream. Will definitely come back on my next Vacation.

LOL. One of my worst experience.i just wanted to relax while having my aivee silk facial but the attendant would not stop upselling and asking me to try their botox or the ulthera Max lift which I cant afford. I dont like being pressured during my treatment. Im there to relax for Gods sake. Never again!
