My cat has a problem with his itchy skin and had to go through multiple tests at different veterinary clinics but they weren’t able to rule out my cat’s condition so I decided to bring Theo at The Cat Clinic and I am so glad that I did. They were able to find out immediately about his condition and gave me the proper meds. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about the Cat Clinic! My cat, Momo, was dealing with a chronic health issue, and the team at the Cat Clinic worked tirelessly to find a solution. They were compassionate and empathetic, always treating Momo with the utmost care. Thanks to their dedication, Momo's health has vastly improved, and I am forever grateful.

I have gone to the Cat Clinic multiple times however it always leaves me quite disappointed. Unfortunately I always get long wait times (mostly 1 hour+) despite always setting appointments. I am quite patient but it happened more than 3x already and mostly without explanation or apologies. The establishment is profit oriented. There is a difference between high price points and profit-orientation, and the latter outweighs the former.

Recently, I had an emergency and they insisted I go to the clinic instead of answering questions, I offered to send photos first to see if I can handle this situation immediately but they told me to just go to the clinic. Upon calling other (multiple clinics) for help, they willingly answered my questions even though there was no guarantee that I'll go to their clinic. They even assisted me further,

I was initially glad to have a cat-only clinic that values well-being of cats and owners but I will not return here.

They provides excellent care and communication throughout the consultation, surgery, and aftercare stages. Though not the cheapest option, their exceptional service and genuine care for cats make the cost well worth it. Thank you, The Cat Clinic for your outstanding service!

My cats, Lilo and Stitch, always receive top-notch care, and the friendly staff is always available to answer any questions I have. This is the only clinic I trust with my cats' health.

My one and only trusted vet place for my Bubu ‍ we got our favorite attending vet and that would be Doc Yael! Super accomodating and very concern with the wellbeing of Bubu.from the nurses in NID and the reception team, they are all accomodating and always greeting you with a happy face ️ alot happened to my Bubu for the past two months but they were able to heal him for the better so thank you TCC and Doc Yael together with his team!

I like that this clinic is just for cats. I saw the difference between having multiple types of animals in one place vs.just cats. Even I, as a human, get stressed with the dogs, cats, rabbits, and dogs barking, etc. I don't have anything against dogs as I have a dog, too. Anyway, the customer service is great, and the doctors are happy to answer our questions and I'm glad that they do all the necessary tests and they accommodated my request for an ultrasound. Also, they have almost all the equipment needed to check the cats. Our cat was checked and confined in their Makati branch, and I appreciated that they gave updates and photos of our cat when she was confined, twice a day. And I get to visit her, too. I also particularly like that they have a separate area for parvo cases. When I visited our cat, they gave us shoe covers that we needed to wear before entering the ward.
It was just unfortunate that our cat needed surgery on the 2nd day of confinement. The stitches that our cat got were clean and well done. Thanks, Doc Tasha.

Their rates are pricey, but I think it's worth it with the service that they give.
The only thing that they could have had is to extend their operating hours or like 24/7 operating hours, especially for emergency cases. Hopefully, there will be a waiting area or client lounge where clients/owners can have coffee/tea while waiting for their cats.

Brought our cat Lucifer here for emergency dental care and prophylaxis last week. Lucifer is anxious and doesn't like to be touched by strangers, so he normally gets very hostile at vet appointments. We've had experiences before where we were turned away by vets because they didn't want to deal with him. This hurt us very much and we did not like seeing Luci so upset and misunderstood. This was why we decided to consider Cat Clinic, even if we live at the other end of the metro. We wanted to bring Luci to a vet who understood cats and to a clinic that provided a cat-friendly and relaxing environment that would not add to his anxiety. We were not disappointed. Cat Clinic Makati not only welcomed Luci, but also gave him a full and complete treatment. They took care of his dental issues and gave us an overview of his overall health with a complete blood test. Most importantly, Luci was not caused much mental anguish by their handling. We were told that Luci was a bit spicy but he did not bite or attempt to swipe at the attendants or doctors. For us, that's already a big deal. They also prescribed medication we can use to alleviate his anxiety. All in all, we're so very happy with their service. Considering them as permanent vet not just for Luci, but also for his younger brother. Thanks so much, Cat Clinic Makati!
