Highly recommend! The staff is very accommodating, the place is so nice and clean. The location is very ideal also if you want to explore or visit some palce during nights. I will surely go to this hotel again.

This place is amazinh! Location is good. Staff are well trained and nice. The room is clean and well maintained. Price is not bad. Two thumbs up! Worth to stay again.

We stayed in this amazing place, the ambiance and the room is so nice. My wife and i really enjoyed here. We also want to commend Riviera Cafe Manager Gemma for taking care of us and allowing us to experience how amazing and hospitable they are. We look forward staying here again.

The service at this hotel might be just fine but the standard of the hotel is not at all what they are trying to give the image of.
It seems to be like a very good hotel but it is far from that.the rooms are not at the standard as they are trying to give you the impression of.
Also there are a lot of areas that are in bad shape and would need a major refurbishment to reach the level that they are trying to give.

We had lunch at Riviera Restaurant last Dec 12 right after our event in the Ballroom. Our guests loved the food so much. More than that we are thankful to the beautiful, warm and very accomodating staff: Ms Meg Cruda, Melai, Thess and Jenny. They have not changed over the years. And because of you guys, we’ll keep coming back.

Nice and comfortable hotel.hope you can put more coffee, tea and water in the cabin. Much more i will enjoy staying if more action movie i can watch on you cable channel.

The heritage, before many years, I visit once to sleep in their, but now I am just see the wall and pass by going MOA to Baclaran.

The location is nice, the rooms were fine but needs to be improved and updated, still a nice experience.

We stayed as a family of four for quarantine. Overall, we had a pleasant stay considering that we had to stay for Christmas Eve with 2 kids. There is some room for improvement in terms of the facility, food quality, and staff coordination. For me, the facilities have the classic vibe; however, I also think that if no refurbishing/renovation is done, it may end up looking old/neglected soon. The location is good, only 10-15 min from the airport by taxi (*if no traffic jams) and there were restaurants nearby. Being in quarantine with kids, the staff kindly allowed us to order outside food by delivery as long as we signed a waiver. So, we were able to take advantage of those restaurants. The breakfast was good, but we were not satisfied with all day dining menu. We tried the cheaper items first: mushroom soup (bland), caesar salad (okay but wet and drenched with dressing), and lomi (good but expected more for its price). Unfortunately, after trying these, we thought that it’s risky to try the more expensive ones. Nevertheless, the staff DILIGENTLY and POLITELY handled our EVERY REQUEST (basic necessities, kids’ items, laundry, etc.) and inquiry. I think this really made our stay really comfortable. Will consider staying again in the future.

Very old and very very dirty rooms. Food for quarantine very bad quality. Every where mold and black fungus.
Carpet no body clean never.

Crew needs more re-training. I think they lost the touch of the previous stars of heritage hotel

We had lunch at riviera and I find the staff friendly and accommodating. It was my first time to dine here and I was invited by my friend Ms. Gemma to discover Heritage Hotel Riviera. Service was excellent and they attended to our needs promptly, thanks to Mac, Edsan and Bunny. We ordered popiah, nasi goreng, Caesar salad and the Milo dinosaur and it was tasty and delicious, Thanks to the chef as well. Will definitely be back soon and order again in our future dinings

Our Rotary events are well assisted by Ms Dhai and she ensure that all requirements are met and food variations are commendable for each event. Staffs are very accommodating and hospitable. Kudos!
