The SM Store

SM Makati is one of my favorite places to shop, from food, clothes, grooming products and dinnerware. My one stop shop.

Still not organize, customer service like carnival. Each one is not competent enough in ehat their doing. Must still ask others opinion. Computer dystems needs to improve. Not even caring enough to trear customer with politeness and care.

Where shopping is a pleasurable experience - getting the best buys for your money. They've got it all

Had a wonderful surprise when i shopped recently! Was upgraded to vip, and they assigned a personal shopper! Cool!

A bigger space & more orderly display of merchandise as its location is at the premier place of NCR business district.

The Store caters to every "shopper". It offers kool deals too. The lay out and ease of navigation is an added attraction. In-house staff are happy to be of assistance.
Dining options are few, but adequate for a quick bite or takeout.

Wide variety of items from clothing to house care. Place is clean, staff are courteous and helpfull.

Establishments follows the minimum health standard and there are personnel that enforces the rules. The supermarket offers affordable produce.

Like most pinoys, I love SM. I almost always go to the grocery stores when I need something for our kitchen. It has almost everything I need, except dried berries for snacking and my fave liquid bath soap from Old Spice.there are times though that lines became long due to few opened tellers. I suggest that fridays, saturdays and Sundays should have maximum opened tellers. And the green bags too should be sturdy enough to hold the weight of the bought items. I was a victim of this as I was loading the bag in the taxi it gave way.and I was gathering all the items on the street.

Advertising is spot on. They've got everything for you. Atleast those you would normally need and some special items too.

Dependable store which our family really like to shop. Very polite sales persons ever ready to assist you in every way possible.

They have everything here. So many good finds at the department store! Imported brands like H&M, Forever 21, Uniqlo, Pandora just to name a few can be found here. For girls, check out the make up section. There's also a food court and grocery at the basement. Avail of the SMAC rewards card if you come here often.

The staff here are very accomodating, and will inform you of their most recent and fun promos. Kudos SM Makati!

Very cold ac even amidst pandemic which is great. Guards and mall staff are also actively reminding shoppers to properly useface masks and shields. Great job!

There's quite a number of people roamimg around the mall. Face mask and shield are still required and most of the stores requires you to fill up health declaration form/contact tracing so better to have a smartphone with data to lessen the contact. Btw, elevator access in Glorietta are closed (only escalators are operational).

Since i work in SM Makati under OCS perfect. Sayang lang umalis ako. Pero super ganda and nasunod sa protocol talaga. May napansin lang ako may clerk 3rd floor side ng scalator imbes na tumabi sya ikaw pa ang iiwas while she was talking to another clerk. God bless and stay safe to all
