Very accommodating and staffs are couteous in assisting.
Tires are newly bought and this happened.still hoping GoodYear still give the warranty i need.

Had a very bad experience with this shop. The manager has a very bad attitude and temper. I bought four tires here then had my bushings replaced. When i went home there is a certain noise coming from the front underneath. I returned because of the 1 month warranty they gave me. They were not able to fix it from my first return so i had to come back to have it fixedagain. The manager here approached me to tell me that they cannot address the issue anymore. Said that the noise is not part of the warranty. Told them the noise is coming from the area where they fixed it. Told them i also have a warranty from the Alignment. The manager raised her voice when she was explaining to me. Then apologized then told me that she is not feeling well. Told her i did not experience this from other Branches of Good Year. Only there.
I paid them P24,000 just to have the manager shout at me.

Polite and efficient staff. Good wheel alignment equipment. Comfortable customer lounge. Saturdays tend to be crowded so you should arrive early.

Not recommended. Finally learned. Service bad first time, air leaked. Second, as emergency, they didn't even have type of tire available, 4 days to order and has to be more than one tire to buy. Not at all helpful crew just looking at you office staff impatient. Go elsewhere.

Came here because it was one of the few open on Sunday and was very satisfied with the services they offered. I had my tires vulcanized and aligned and they gave me the price first before performing the service to give me the option of pushing through with it. Apparently, you can even bring your own parts and have them install it here. Will definitely come again.

Service is excellent. It is a given that good year is premium compared to some tire brands thus price may not be for everybody. The road construction in front is a bother in approach the branch. Hope it gets finished soon.

The service here is good. Very well trained people. Alignment, change tire, etc. They have nice waiting area.

Prepare to get screwed over high prices. Had my tire checked for P400. Really? The front desk asked me "Sir 400 po ok lang? " Seriously? You are asking me if P400 ang price ng checkup? Lol. Wala ba kayong standard rate? Nilagyan lng ng grasa yung mags no punctures. I lost my mag cover here and no one claims responsibility. Malugi na sana kayo

The people doing the job were kind and courteous and professional.
The person behind the counter was not so kind, efficient, helpful or courteous. I will not return again to this establishement based on how and my companion were treated.

Did a wheel alignment.a bit on the pricey side but the work seems to be better here than when I had my wheels aligned at Zafra who actually misaligned the wheels more. Quick service and courteous office staff. The technicians could use some lessons on courtesy though as he didn't even bother to acknowledge or thank me for the tip I gave.

We were accommodated asap due to a broken tire valve. Staff were nice and service was really good.

First time to come here to have my tire vulcanized and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. Service is good although it was pretty busy when I came in and had to wait. The staff were accommodating and when I didn't want to wait in the lounge, they suggested I could stay in the Starbucks down the street or the Dunkin Donuts across. Really convenient!

Absurdly overpriced. I wonder why they're still operating.
Those who don't know much about cars may fall for their ridiculous pricing.

Service is good. Waiting area needs something like a tv or at least coffee since some of their services takes an hour or so.

If you are looking for fast and quality tire services at a reasonable price, this place is good. Be sure to check them out. Staff are friendly and works like pro.

The place has a wide option of wheels and the service is more than A+. The staff will make sure that your car is in top shape before they let you go. The waiting area, while your car is being fixed is so comfortable that I already wanted to bring in my own hanky and pillow. The service was also fast and very much relliable. If you are looking for a place to get your wheels checked then this is one of the best place to do that.

A negative star instead. Bad experience. Staff do not know their products and services offered. Waste of time.
