Well it's good place to have your car have it's periodic check ups. Especially Mr. Jun Eballe for assistance and assuring me that everything is going fine and it took only less than 2 hours to do everything. I'll give it 5 stars for it. It's a very nice and memorable experience.

Coming from a company where client assistance really matters, I can tell that you have really set the bar high. Special thanks to Jack Cuevas who's always been there to address our inquiries and concerns from the start and even for the days when he cannot personally report for work due to his medical condition. He has been sensitive and clearly seen the urgencies of the matter and sincerely acted upon it. Lastly, needless to mention the satisfaction we got when we received the unit. An amazing experience, indeed!

My preference and highly recommended for maintenance and servicing even though there's one very near my place. From service advisor (s) to mechanic (s) patient to explain concerns/issues on the car.
The pickup was scheduled for 3pm, we got out of there at 4pm

Change oil, tune up so so service. If you have inquiry for other repair, they will charge 1,000 for the estimate/quotation, Insurance dept and change oil dep dont talk, chage oil dept can easily explain that they will charge 1,000 for estimates instead of letting ME go to insurance to inquire, staff not accommodating, masungit.
There is a vendo machine here for hot drinks.its free but you have to ask the receptionist to help you out, then she will ask you who your sales agent is.

The staff are accomodating and friendly. This is our 2nd PMS with Toyota Otis and always have a great experience with them.
Agents were all accommodating.
️Feeling confused on what to choose
Innova, Avanza or Rush?
Have been going to Toyota Makati for the longest time but tried Otis since its nearer my area. Overall, service had been good. Was given a standard list of maintenance items theyll do. Advisor didnt elaborate unless asked what item is for.
Pros: Lots of Parking Space, Waiting area amenities. Convenient for Manila Based people
Con: Post PMS cleaning was not very thorough (found pockets of dirt at corner of dashboard)
Am still figuring out if service fees for PMS is more expensive here (my initial assessment is it is). But i will update this post later one i confirm.

I love this place, the moment I came in, I was greeted by the warm welcome from the security guards. And we have actually been looking forward to buying a new car from different toyota dealership but noone handled us better than Toyota Otis did. A sales marketer named Mr. Marco really made us feel that he cares more about his customers rather than the opportunity that one will buy his cars. Every questions we had "serious or non-sense questions" still he would answer it to the best of his ability. He handled us very well, the information he gaved us are very accurate and it really helped us decide on what car to finally buy. If you are looking to buying a new car I suggest you go check out Toyota Otis and find Mr. Marco to get you started.
Toyota has really become rich here in the Philippines. Ang daming nagpapaservice! As much as possible, don't schedule PMS on a weekend.:)
Place is fine. It has a big lounge for customers complete with snacks, drinks, comfort room and free wifi. It's well maintained. They have a staff who from time to time checks the area and cleans/sanitizes it.
The customer service is excellent. Went in here at 12pm to file a claim for our car's insurance and was out by 12pm. The staff were all accommodating and friendly. I was able to talk to all people I needed to talk to and was given assurances that my concern will be handled accordingly.
They also observe proper health protocol outside and inside the building.
