Tramway Garden Buffet

There's an event and not everyone naservan ng food. Maypagka mabagal service. Food was served cold. Kaya ung pancit nagdikit dikit nadin.

Sad to say no back-up power generator pagbrown out.nakakadismaya nagtiis kami sa walang ilaw at kahit electric fan.inconvenient sa clients

So much suspicion from personnel as if Magnanakaw ang lahat ng customer. Hindi marunong ng salitang respect your customer.

Food was not good! The only good there maybe is the place. How they set up everything from lighting, table arrangement, etc. One more thing is the customer service. Our waitress is really nice. She is really accommodating, I was just not able to get her name. The bad customer service came from one of her colleague. I was asking where would we get our utensils and she answered in a boisterous way " Sir, isserve po yan sa inyo pag nakaupo na kayo! "

Food selection not very impressive- in terms of variety and taste. Service is no better, with staff either poker-faced or downright frowning.

Ok yung room, pagkain, at well- ventilated uung room, except po sa souvenir. Sabi sa akin either mug or pouch, pero ang nangyari shell ang design is parang kabibi. (malaki pa yung palad ko sa shell na iyon.disappointed ako during debut ng anak ko, wala man lang picture ng debutant at bdate nya sa souvenir na yun.at hindi nila sinabi na hindi pala mug or pouch ang magiging souvenir. Kung pinaalam pa sa yun, nagpagawa sana kami sa iba.

No crowd control hence it was a "every man for himself" situation and Tramway ran out of food refills 30 minutes after they opened.

Poor service. Food is okay for the price but there is no system. Waiters/waitresses are all over the place. You need to follow up to 5 times just to get your drinks and there is no instruction if the glass is self service or not. Food on the buffet is refilled messily. You need to have a lot of patience for this place.

Something doesnt click for menun this resto. Food is hit and miss, ambiance is not is not comfortable.

Tramway roxas blvd. 2star for me.too crowded, noisy, fud rate is 2 just d usual fud that i ate.but its cheap thou.

Had a great time dining here. Got our reservation ahead of time because we don't want to risk waiting outside if we will walk in. Health protocols are properly observe. Downside is, you don't have much choice when it comes to the food because their menu is limited and they close early so you have to go after you eat because they are already cleaning up before 8pm. Also, the last batch of their rice taste funny, idk what happened but my family mostly puked because of the last serving of rice. Over all, it is still worth the price (P289)

Dismayed about their menu for eat-all-you-can (buffet) during pandemic. Not good for heavy eaters.

Very limited food options. Food is not as tasty (sort of expected for mass produced items). A lot cheaper as compared to other buffets but there are definitely better options than this.

Delicious food but need to add more air-conditioned unit and also there should be a free WiFi connection

The place is just ok not so clean i can see that it was old establishemnt and not so well maintained, but ican recommend for events

The food available was nice and all. But I was hoping for a little more variety. Service was also notably polite even during lunchtime. If you're going here though, prepare for a lack of serviceable parking space.

We came here for a family dinner. The place is accessible and convenient. We reserved slots for 24 people. When we arrived in the place, the staffs and the guard immediately assisted us to our seats which is thumbs up for great service. There are lots of delicious food choices like sushi, california maki, tikoy roll, seafood, pancit, chicken, vegetables, fruits, pastries, and more! The only downside of the restaurant is, we're still enjoying our food but suddenly, staffs were sweeping the floor already. They should start cleaning up when the customers are done eating.

Pretty decent for the price of buffet in the metro. Just a little bit more improvement on customer service. Selection is ok for the price you pay. Good for a large family gathering.

It’s good that they have a parking space.
