Some parts of mc you are looking for is/are out of stock.you'll have to come back and check again. Good thing is you can get their contact number so you can just give them ring to check.

2 recent experiences March 2022, I had a dead battery, they checked it and found it faulty so had a replacement at half the cost of original battery for my PCX. My bike also needed a service so I booked in for the following Monday at 9am. I arrived they were opening up, so just waited 15 mins, my name was called I was 2nd in line because I booked. Others had to wait coz they didn't book. Russell was great and the parts guy who I forgot his name. Defiantly have my PCX serviced in the future.

1st experience was very slow service, and to think this is only change oil. Tried 2nd service (benefit of the doubt), but no, still the same slow service. Waited for 4-5 hours just for a change oil. VERY BAD AFTER SALES Service.

Nakaharap ako ng kakaibang pag-uugali ng mga ahente, hindi sila listnig nang maingat, wala ring respeto sa mga kostumer. Umabot ako mula noong nakaraang linggo at nagbabayad din ng paunang bayad ngunit hindi pa rin sila nagbibigay ng anumang nasisiyahang sagot sa akin. Not handover vihical to me HONDA please do something about them otherwise lumipat kami sa ibang brand salamat,

I faced very strange behavior of agents, they are not listnig carefully, also dont have respect of coustmers. Im reaching from last week and also paying down payment but they still dont give any satisfied answer to me. Not handover vihical to me HONDA please do something about them otherwise we move to another brand thanks,

The staff aren't nice. Block pa nila ako sa facebook. Binili namin yung motor cash at follow-up ko lang naman sa fb nila yung or/cr di sila nagrereply pa sa messenger kaya todo comment na lang sa fb. Never akong nakapagsalita sa kanila ng profanity words or words na makakasakit sa kanila, but they see me as a threat sa business nila kaya nila ako block, dahil lang sinabi ko na according to the law 5 days lang ang binigay kay dealer para maprocess ang or/cr and peomise rin nila na by feb 1e bibigay nila since nabanggit namin aalis kami outside metro manila. It should only take 5days para at least kahit sa softcopy ng or/cr para mapakita namin sakali mahuli kami. 12k ang bayad sa tubos sa motor pag nahuli kami na walang or/cr. Kaya importante talaga yon, pero wala silang pake kung mahuli ka. Sana gawan nila ng paraan. Dapat kahit softcopy magbigay sila within 2wks.cash pa naman nung bumili kami para sana mapabilis pagkuha ng or/cr kaso ganun rin pala. It takes 1month para makuha.
Nung pumunta ako sa office nila nagkasagutan kami ng staff nila. Sabi nila bakit d na lang ako tumawag sa kanila. We tried 6th times pero d nila sinasagot yung tanong ko na ano ng status. Sana sabihin man lang "sorry po d pa namin naprocess may inaantay pang papers kay Honda kaya d pa masubmit sa LTO" para may documentation rin ako na mapapakita sakaling mahuli kami ng lto.
They're only after sales but not after their customer. Pang 2nd na ito na bumili kami ng cash pero this time hahanap na kami ng ibang dealer nxt time and even sa mga friends namin di namin sila irerecommend.

Poor service. Your warranty coupon will be wasted because they did not clearly specify that it should be availed before the required duration.

Leo the spare parts guy is very accomodating. Only that some of the parts that need ordering take a very long time to arrive or if its an old model spare part you just might wait in vain. The owner is generous enough to offer free coffee. The older mechanic is my favorite. What I don't like about the service is that some of the personnel (like the guard) take part in repair. Maybe to lessen the long queue of customers but personally I think it's not a very good practice.
