Unimart - Greenhills Shopping Center

Decent sized mall. Fairly crowded. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Good place to hang out and chill.

Has one of the lowest grocery prices.

High ceiling which is always a plus during pandemic.

Lots of options not available in common grocery.

Ample parking.

Compared to majority of groceries, they offer the most complete, most fresh and cheaper grocery items. Employees are very friendly and helpful too. Very clean.

My new favorite supermarket. Super cold, wide variety of choices, better meat selection than the Greenhills branch. A bit too cold though, especially near the freezer areas

Excellent merchandising and complete. Well-kept. It's a pretty long walk though from the shopping area.

Although it is not a huge mall, you may still buy everything you need for your daily menu. They different supplier of chicken meat, pork, beef and seafoods.

I bought Driscolls strawberries from the U. S.these were surely previously frozen, old stocks.
To the naked eye, they look fresh but once you start handling them, many are molded and mushy

But am thankful to the customer service supervisor, Rhodette who managed to have them replaced with dark red, crispy, and sweet ones

Good place to get your needed things, also they observed minimum health protocol but some of the staff is not helpful 7 out of 10

Great place to do your grocery shopping. Also a place where you won’t be disappointed to find a parking spot.

A great place to do your grocrry shopping. Uktra fresh produce. Cheaper meat cuts. There's already a drugstore, wine and liquor shop, coffee shop, donut shop, and other food stalls within the area. There is also a famous bakeshop and Chinese restaurant inside. However the problem is parking outside the street area.

This is my bias! Very good selections of seasonings, condiments, it has very good selection of cut of meat poultry.

Good supply of fresh meat, pork, chicken, beef and seafood. Samgyup and sukiyaki cut are available for those who are planning to cook samgyupsal, shabu shabu and sukiyaki at home. They have a variety of vegetables and fruits. Clean and spacious for big grocery carts. The items are organized and the building is well maintained. Not crowded when weekdays but long cashier lines during weekends.

Spacious but lacks some brands that we're looking for. There are also a lot of staff that are blocking the isles. Some are just chit chatting with their co-workers. The meat products are unusually priced higher than those in other supermarkets.

The parking is really confusing especially if youre walking from there to greenhills, you must get off on LG floor not G floor.
Aside from that, its your typical supermarket. They use bio plastic or something not brown bags

I shop here for sentimental reasons and for its wide variety of wet and dry goods; the lay-out has improved. I just wish that its check-out counters are more efficiently run. Shoppers, including seniors, wait for ages for credit card verification; cashiers without baggers end up packing the groceries themselves while the line gets longer. Some shoppers have taken it upon themselves to look for baggers to help the cashiers.

The first comment I can make is that the new Unimart, compared to the old one, has narrower lanes. I now experience more cart traffic than before. Not a goid thing, but most everything that was at the old Unimart can still be found here. I still have the same complaint that they could open more cashiers so that the lines to pay won't be so long.

Malaki ang supermarket.halos lahat ng needs ko nandun.kahit na mga cookware, bakeware meron din sila.

31 JANUARY 2020 5.30 PM THIS SUPER MARKET SEEMS TO BE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I SHOP HERE AND THE CASHIER LEFT HER REGISTER UNATTENDED WITH THE DRAWER UN SECURED WITH THE MONEY INSIDE OF IT. SHE RETURNED AFTER 10 MINUTES TO HER REGISTER AND KEPT US WAITING AS SHE'S WAITING FOR THE SUPERVISOR TO COME OVER. SHE REFUSED TO PROCESS MY SHOPPING TRANSACTION DUE TO BEING OVER OF 8 ITEMS I WAS PURCHASING. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONCEPT WHATSOEVER!
WHEN THE SUPERVISOR ARRIVES I ASKS THE CASHIER TO JUST GIVE ME 3 RECEIPTS SHE ANSWERS NO! I HAVE TO QUEUE UP AGAIN AND I SAID THAT'S A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHY DON'T YOU IMPROVISE SOMETHING. LIKE OPEN UP ANOTHER REGISTER AND I POINTED OUT TO THEM TO SEE HOW LONG WAS THE QUEUES OF EACH OF THEIR REGISTERS.
THE SUPERVISOR DECIDED TO OPEN THE NEXT REGISTER BUT THE CASHIER IN REGISTER 1 JUST THROW ALL OF MY ITEMS INTO THE REGISTER #2 FOR MY TRANSACTION. HOWEVER THE CASHIER WHO REFUSED TO PROCESS MY SHOPPING CONTINUES HER VERY RUDE REMARKS ABOUT ME AS APPARENTLY I WAS VERY DUMB PERSON WHO DOESN'T READ THE SIGN. WHILST WAITING FOR MY SHOPPING TRANSACTION TO BE FINISH THE MALE SECURITY GUARD ARRIVES AND ASK WHO WHERE AND WHAT HAPPENS. THE SUPERVISOR ANSWERS NOTHING AND SHE POINTED ME OUT AND SAID I HAVE TO OPEN THE REGISTER 2 TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS. MY CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT AS WE PROVIDE BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS NO BUSINESS OPERATION AND NO REVENUES TO PAY FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES. AS SIMPLE AS THAT! MY EXPERIENCED TODAY WASN'T ONLY BEING INTIMIDATED BUT SHAMED BY THE STAFF THE WAY HOW SHE MADE HER UGLY REMARKS ABOUT ME EVEN THOUGH I WAS NO LONGER IN HER REGISTER.

Spacious and cheaper prices of goods than other groceries for many items. Nicer to shop here when they renovated.

A very well organized and spacious grocery store. There's a lot of selection of grocery items which some of those are not to be found in other grocery stores. Not too crowded also and has a short queue on the counter area due to the fast service of their staff.
